Stood here for a bit while the lady at the counter was doing stuff, but once she finally took my order the food was done in about 10 minutes. The lady wasn’t super friendly, maybe having a bad day or something. I ordered the southwest club and a bottle of water which was about 21$. The sandwich was decent, one of the better things I’ve had at the B terminal. Had a good amount of meat, i think I would order this again if I needed some food here. Atmosphere is your normal sports bar type of joint. Thanks guys.

Other reviews say the burgers are good and that may be true but definitely avoid the nachos. And the mozzarella sticks were good but not very hot. The server was very nice! And it’s really cool how you order and pay with your phone so it seems very streamlined, but we won’t be back.

I rounded up to three. It’s an airport restaurant which means it will be pricey. I could have gone on the cheap, but today, why not. The hamburger was good, properly cooked and flavorful. Mayonnaise must be simpler to just pass out if asked by the server or customer. The French fries were delicious, cooked properly. I only had one fountain drink, but that was enough.
I tipped, but I wasn’t convinced that it was justifiable, only because the servers expedite, but that being said they are perhaps constantly on their feet because it is an airport, so I tipped about 17%.
I am grateful that it was actually worthwhile. Do I want to pay what I paid only a daily basis…? No.
Thanks for being there, my tummy and attitude appreciated it.

Really enjoyed sitting down and enjoying a non fast food meal before my flight. The menu was appetizing and the service was great.

The view was also very enjoyable. I highly recommend this for anyone traveling through Columbus.

Another HMSHost restaurant – this company is bad at every airport so I wasn’t surprised to encounter a similarly overpriced, low quality, poor service experience at CMH. Why do airports allow this company to operate restaurants? There’s literally no such thing as a positive HMS Host experience.

With that said, I’ve dined in terminal B numerous times. This is probably the best of the list of bad options. Chips and Queso app is worse than movie theater nachos (and that’s a low bar). Stale chips, microwaved cheese product in cardboard condiment cups, and disappointing pico. If you have any past experience having chips and queso, this meal will be sure to disappoint.

For those new to chips and queso, it’s only uphill from here!

I recently dined at the Eddie George Grill and had a delightful experience. I ordered an omelet and fried potatoes, which were both very delicious. The service was prompt and attentive. I appreciated the convenient online ordering system, which made the process smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a great breakfast spot with tasty food and efficient service!

Staff was great, food is pretty solid as far as airports go. Nice big area to sit in.

My issue with service:
1. You order through a web app (which is okay) but you still have to wait for staff to activate your table.
2. You can’t split payments through the web app. You have to check out and then wait for a staff member to reactivate your table again.
3. No salt or pepper at the tables.

Consider fixing these inconveniences.

Eddie should be embarrassed his name is on this place. Airport food ( and service ) doesn’t need to be this bad. Ordered a burger, the bun was soggy from wet lettuce, had little flavor. Was supposed to be a bbq burger and had very little BBQ sauce. My drink came in a can, I asked 3 times for a glass and ice which never game.

You also had to order on your phone, which is fine but this meant it was hard to track down a server.

This location is at the John Glen Airport. I ordered a turkey burger with cheese and guacamole. The fries are part of the meal. It’s ok. Their menu options are not much. You order using a qr code which sends your order to the kitchen. Paying was weird since they run your card at the location rather than pay online.

Sat here for 15 minutes watching breakfast after breakfast come out. Couldn’t order breakfast on the app. By the time the server came with my coffee she explained breakfast ended at 930am. Then why was the menu there when I walked in? First Bob Evans has no freaking gravy, now Eddie’s joke of a restaurant pulls this. Columbus deserved the beating it got this week from mother nature.
