I had a disappointing experience at this establishment. The service was poor, particularly if you’re not a regular customer. I had to wait a long time to place my order, as they prioritized those who arrived after me simply because they were known to the staff. Unfortunately, many items I wanted to try were unavailable. I ended up ordering the Morocho, but it was served cold (it’s typically hot) and was more liquid than expected, with only a few pieces of corn. Overall, I was not impressed and left feeling quite dissatisfied

Unfortunately the food doesn’t have the quality and flavor that one expects. They have pictures on the menu but the food that you receive is totally different, it was my fault I didn’t ask how the dish comes but if you see a pic you assume that that is what you’ll receive. The waitress was kind and helpful.

I had many problems with this place and I have tried to give them several chances but they keep disappointing me. 1- they give me the wrong order 3- their customer service is HORRIBLE 2- hair was in my food which is gross! The girls had the audacity to tell me it was my hair?! Why would I intentionally put hair in my food when I’m hungry and I haven’t even touched the food? They refused to give back my money for something I didn’t even eat! Would not recommended eating here. I really hope the sanitation department reevaluates this place.

The restaurant was nice. The service was alright. The food was good for breakfast. Cheap but filling. The food took a bit long but it was because there aren’t many waitresses.
