I had never heard of ‘korv’ before, but had it as a burger with the Lingonberry and it was excellent. They had a really nice selection of pies and pastries as well. It has certainly earned a sold position on the ‘must stop’ places whenever we’re in the greater Busti (Jamestown) area!

We’ve been searching for a swedish bakery and this place fills that void. No potato sausage or bundhoost cheese, but cardamom rolls, sausage rolls, pink stripe cookies, and stock your cabinets with lingonberries, pearl sugar, swedish pancake mix, and more. And they serve a solid viking breakfast, plus lunch sandwiches, cakes, donuts, pastry. Plenty of parking and seating.

The donuts and pastries here are AMAZING! We live out of state, but every time we are visiting Western New York, we stop by here. Their apple fritters are second-to-none and their seasonal paczki donuts are worth a weekend trip or paying g postage for an overnight shippment.

This place has excellent food, and excellent baked goods. prices are a bit high, ($15 for tiny cake is too much) so 3 stars are for price and one of the counter workers being a bit unfriendly/impatient and coughing repeatedly behind the cases.
