Came here tonight for dinner. Our server JD was very knowledgeable on the menu and attended to our every need. We had the smoked deviled eggs and the Rockefeller oysters. The deviled eggs left something to be desired but the group enjoyed the oysters. For entrees we had the pork chop with broccolini and mashed potatoes, the salmon with rice, the Coastal Cobb salad. We all enjoyed our entrees and took a shrimp and grits to go for another person in our party. We also had some good hot tea as well. Overall, we enjoyed our meals. Give this place a try!

Echo is such a great please to have dinner and drinks.
My husband and I decided to step out for Christmas Eve. What. Delight this was. The atmosphere is everything you could hope it would be. It was beautiful and so magical when you opened the doors.
Their decorating and tree are one of the highlights of the hotel. We were greeted with the southern hospitality that I have come to love here.
We started off our night with a drink for both of us. I had a sparkling rose. My husband opted for his gin and tonic. I love a good rose. And this was exactly what I wanted. My husband raved about his gin and tonic. He kept saying it was the best he has had in a long time.
JD our waiter was so inviting. I don’t know if I have met a better one. It almost felt like he was inviting us into his home. He spoke so kind and joked with us. He brought out our bread and spent some time with us asking about our night. He asked if our drinks were good.
We asked him for suggestions. I did not want any sauces on my platter. He suggested the redfish blackened with red beans and rice. He comes with a beautiful sauce you can drizzle over the fish. I opted to do just that. My husband decided on the filet.
Our dinner arrived exactly how we both ordered it. I don’t get this alit. So this was a big deal. My first bite and all my other bites were exceptional!!! I can’t convey in words how delicious and perfectly cooked this redfish was. My husband was thrilled with his fillet and mashed potatoes with broccolini. JD was involved with our meal but not bothersome. I enjoyed his playfulness. Exceptional waiter…
Thank you Echo for another Christmas eve that we will be talking about into the New Year.

Standard far and top quality cocktails in a historic beachfront hotel environment. Service was prompt, polite, expedient, and friendly with a little southern charm. Guests skewed toward the older side but the building itself was well laid out with indoor or outdoor seating, poolside or beachside views.

First time visiting. We had the loaded nachos/chips from the bar which were OK.. little shy on the pork. For dinner we had boneless wings and the chicken alfredo. The Alfredo looked great but was probably the most Bland thing I’ve ever eaten in my life. Would not recommend until it tastes better than just boiled pasta.
The boneless came out cold/below room temp. Disappointed overall in the food. Service was fine. Atmosphere was great.

Beautiful views. The service was amazing. Food was great. There was music in the background. We had the fish nachos as an appetizer— highly recommend! The peach sweet tea (not on the menu) was so good! There’s an outdoor area where kids were playing in the grass.

We came for Sunday brunch, but wound up eating from the bar menu. They do not have a cook, they have a stone cold chef! I had the Cobb salad with shrimp and smoked salmon, which was fabulous. One of us had a flatbread was so good. One of us had the fish tacos, amazing. And one of us had the barbecue chicken sandwich, which she just kept on and on and on about how fabulous it was. It had homemade pimento sauce! Just really really good food! Jackie, great waitress and she really took care of us. Great experience.

Had a great meal! Started with the soft, onion focaccia bread. Then a HUGE, slightly peppery caesar salad, and ended with the seafood fettuccine. All were excellent! Only slight negative was that we ordered the mile high peanut butter pie. Good, but far from a mile high. Would definitely eat here again though.

Outstanding service and fun atmosphere. I ate at the bar and everyone was having a great time and very chatty. Great mix of visitors and locals. The ribeye was fantastic served medium rare with great sides.

Not really sure what to expect, good rating but touristy locale. Ordered a southern peach sweet tea. Wow amazing. We ordered swordfish and the fish n chips. I had the fish n chips it is in my top 15. I have traveled the world and am a fish n chips snob, so this is pretty darn good.
