Highly recommend making a reservation if you’re planning to visit Echo in Brattleboro; if you just walk in, they’ll likely turn you away at the door. Our group of seven was seated right away thanks to our reservation, but the wait for both drinks and food was on the longer side. Our server apologized multiple times, which we appreciated, and we passed the time playing phone games with the kids to keep them busy.
The pierogies were a highlight, with a nicely crispy exterior and a creamy filling, and the shoestring fries came out salty and crunchy. My chicken cordon bleu sandwich, though, didn’t really live up to the name, and the side salad was pretty plain with just a basic vinaigrette. My wife’s grilled cheese with fried chicken strips also seemed a bit undercooked, and the chicken had a slightly rubbery texture. Overall it wasn’t our best dining experience, but the atmosphere inside is very nice and the staff themselves are kind.

My visit to Echo, was INCREDIBLE!
From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and very artsy and cool.
Our server Brandon was on point the entire time. Never missing a beat to check on us (when our mouths weren’t full of food – bonus! ), ensuring we had everything we needed and that our food was quality. Now the food, wasn’t just quality.. It was the best damn thing I have ever had at any restaurant I’ve ever been to! I had the steak, which came with the most perfect crust on the outside, and perfectly cooked to my liking all the way through! Served with perfectly cooked green beans and quartered baby red potatoes, I ate every single morsal of my food!
For dessert, I chose the chocolate filled churros with vanilla ice cream… Perfection!
You would be doing yourself a disservice if you don’t give this place a chance!!

Ok experience for lunch. Not a good place for kids, no kids menu and the chicken fingers were a bit odd. Burgers were great. Service was poor, didnt see our server after he took our order so we didnt get a lot of things we needed, drinks etc.

Extremely disappointing Valentine’s Day experience. From the moment we walked in, the hostess was rude and dismissive, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than guests. We were told we couldn’t sit at a table due to reservations, yet there were empty tables the entire night.
After being seated, we were greeted and initially attended to by the bartender, who was kind and helpful. However, after placing our dinner order, we noticed other tables around us receiving their food while we continued waiting. When we asked about the status of our meal, we were told our order was fourth in line and was not even being prepared.
We waited an additional half hour and then tried speaking with the manager, but we were completely overlooked and ignored. After nearly two hours with no food, no explanation, and no reassurance ( they all disappeared at one point), we had no choice but to walk out.
The only saving grace was the bartender, who genuinely apologized for the poor service. Unfortunately, the lack of organization, communication, and basic customer respect made this a frustrating and unacceptable experience. I would not recommend this place.

Great pizza in a decent space. The restaurant is liveley and has some good decor and artwork which creates a fun environment. The servers were efficient and friendl. We were seated, ordered and attended to in a reasonable time. The pizza we got was really good. Stop by for sure!

Had reservations for 3 at 6:30. Showed up a little early. Our table wasn’t available yet, which was fine. We sat at the bar, ordered some drinks. I had the mojito. Very good! We were offered a high top table and asked for the table in the front window instead. Staff accommodated us, no problem! High top might’ve been a warmer spot, ours was a little chilly with the door being so close. That’s on us. Next time we know! Our server Hash took great care of us. We ordered the truffle fries as a starter. They were absolutely delicious! I ended up getting a pizza (steak, broccoli and white sauce) husband got the steak dinner, my sister in law got the steak tips. Everything we ordered was cooked perfectly and delicious! I read the reviews after making reservations. Some fo them had me questioning whether I wanted to cancel. Very glad that I did not! We will definitely be returning again

EXCELLENT, in every way. The staff is very welcoming, our server was wonderful and attentive. The overall vibe in the restaurant is so cool- interesting decor and a beautiful patio. The truffle fries were so fresh and tasty and even better the White Pizza! So much flavor, definitely up there with one of the most delicious pizzas I’ve ever had. The cocktail menu had some great options but I went for my usual- a traditional margarita and it was perfectly crafted, nice and strong without being too much. Definitely can’t wait to come back!

First time at this awesome place was last night and really enjoyed it. Lots of vegetarian options, I went for a massive grilled cheese that was absolutely delicious. My friend for mac & cheese and he loved it too. Hear they have the best pizza in Brattleboro though so next time I’m in town I will try that.

Great food and good service! They have a pretty good variety on their menu – pizzas, salads, and some traditional pasta dishes. We had the Past Primavera and Grilled Beets salad. Both were fresh and delicious. Also got desserts, which were good size and well presented.
