Literally my favorite restaurant in Harford county I go here at least once a week! I get c62 and it’s some of the best food I’ve ever had. They are so nice and kind and the restaurant is so beautiful.

Not sure what happened to this place but we won’t return. 20 mins waiting for our order to be taken. Ordered soft taco which was mushy. Guest ordered quesadillas which were like soup. Side mashed potatoes had liquid milk dripping. Ordered a side , never received. On top of the wait, they charge for extra chips and salsa. And it was not clean. Staff said the kitchen was backed up…. Well, lower your prices then if you can’t provide quality.

Absolutely delicious! Every time I visit home from living abroad, I always come here. My father, who doesn’t like Mexican style food, loves this place too. The menu options are fantastic, as well as the Echo dip. Servers are super friendly and helpful. I couldn’t decide what to order, so I asked for help to get a unique and authentic dish, and was given the Churri Chicken with rice and beans. It literally blew my mind. My parents too. It’s a new family favourite and we will be ordering this again in the future! Can’t recommend enough!

We’ve been here a couple times. This time left me a little disappointed. Service was little. My daughter had to find someone for an extra plate. We had to ask for extra chips after the waitress passed us a couple times. The food was good. I do not remember names of dishes but I ĝot shrimp & onions with 2 sides. My daughter got the Taco salad.

An absolute pleasant late lunch. Guacamole was so good!

Great food, nice atmosphere, and fair prices. The menu needs better descriptions. We had to keep asking our waiter was each item was and what it contained. Important when you are watching what you eat and working around allergies. Looking forward to returning. And about taste, the food reminded us of Don Pablo’s (which Bel Air is sadly missing)… To us that’s a good thing! Highly recommend the cheesey shrimp appetizer.

Great prices combined with wonderful and friendly service makes this one of the best places to eat in Forest Hill. Considering the closest Mexican restaurant is La Tolteca all the way in Bel Air, Echo Frezco is much closer and more convenient for someone like myself who doesn’t wish to deal with Bel Air traffic during a dinner rush!
The food is excellent and the service is fast. Carrying out is also a great option.
Minor negatives – there is no alcohol yet but hopefully they will have the bar ready soon. I had a chicken enchilada one time and the chicken was a bit dry when I had it.
Decor is modern and sleek and the dishes are great! Good prices and large portions. Check this place out if you haven’t yet.

Food was good, but the drinks and service left something to be desired. We’ll only be ordering for takeout from now on. First small annoyance is the small extra charges for lots of things, such as if you want extra chips or if someone over 10 years old orders from the children’s menu.
Drinks are overpriced and weak. If you plan to have margaritas, I’d recommend going somewhere else. The house is $10 and VERY weak. After having several, I felt like I’d just had some expensive lime water. I wasn’t driving, so I wasn’t worried about getting tipsy…$30 later, nothing.
We had the Chori-Chicken and Burra Loca which were both great. The side of veggies was cooked and seasoned perfectly.
So I’ll make my own decent margaritas at home to enjoy with the food.

The refried pinto beans needed to be fried again. Very watery and not enough salt. Not sure if it was a different style, but I have had refried beans many places and this was disappointing to me and my wife. The rest of the food was fine. Not amazing but not bad.
The waiter was attentive, no issues at all there.
The music was louder than our preference, but was enjoyable contemporary Latin pop, etc.

This was my first time at Echo Frezco. I came in for lunch with a few friends. We were greeted at the door and seated immediately. I ordered the chicken quesadilla with rice and veggies. It didn’t take long for the order to come out. It was hot, the rice was cooked well, and the chicken was seasoned. It didn’t quite look like a quesadilla and didn’t come with sour cream, lettuce, etc. This is the first time I’ve been to a Mexican restaurant that served a quesadilla like this. It reminded me of a soft taco with shredded chicken and cheese. We had a Male sever, and then we had a female server Gabby, she makes awesome drinks and is attentive.
*they have HH drinks!!! I like the red sangria more than the white sangria. The margaritas are really good, the strawberry tastes great and the mango.
