I may be exaggerating, but this place really rock my Spanish knowledge of good authentic food dishes, with plenty of modern flair. Was I lucky to find it in Doral? Well, that’s for the neighbors to say. Looks like this city is proudly glowing. Ok, friends from the west, don’t miss this place, you will say: thank you lucky day. Great wine selection from rosé to bold red, you can’t go wrong with bodegas Lan to pairs with dishes from Almería’s chef. I love Almería. Do recommend. Service is great and friendly. Will be back soon. I did check review at Diario Las America. Cheers!

Food was good, just upset that they don’t tell you about the cover charge, when offered water to drink they charge you $5 bottle without telling you. Service was whatever, could have been better. Band was great, Candela is a great singer! Good to come 1 time but not again. Way better Spanish restaurants that don’t rip you off in Miami and Fort Lauderdale… I wouldn’t spend my hard earned money here…

Echate Pa’lla: A Slice of Spanish Paradise You Won’t Want to Leave.

From the moment you step into Echate Pa’lla, you’re enveloped in an atmosphere of beauty and warmth. The attention to detail in the cozy ambiance truly sets the stage for a memorable dining experience. But the magic doesn’t stop there – it extends to the exceptional cuisine and unparalleled service.

Our culinary journey began with the boquerones al vinagre, a delightful entrance that awakened the palate with its fresh and vibrant flavors. For the main courses, the lomo al adobo was simply sublime, each bite a testament to perfectly seasoned and expertly prepared pork. The risotto carbonara, a unique and inspired fusion, was rich, creamy, and utterly satisfying.

Adding to this symphony of flavors was the exquisite Teofilo Reyes Ribera del Duero, a brilliant recommendation from the owner, Jordi. His knowledge and passion for Spanish wines truly elevated our meal. Speaking of Jordi, his attentiveness and service were nothing short of extraordinary. He was present, engaged, and ensured every aspect of our evening was flawless. It’s clear that he pours his heart and soul into Echate Pa’lla.

As if the delectable food and impeccable service weren’t enough, the addition of live music created an even more enchanting and vibrant atmosphere. Echate Pa’lla isn’t just a restaurant; it’s an experience – a celebration of Spanish culture, cuisine, and genuine hospitality. If you’re looking for an unforgettable meal where every detail is thoughtfully considered and expertly executed, look no further than Echate Pa’lla. We can’t wait to return!

If you love Spanish food then this is the place to go! Their food is delicious. I’ve tried just about everything on the menu and everything is great! Chef Antonio is a Master of his craft and Jordi definitely makes you feel at home. The service is also great, very attentive to all details. This is my favorite spot and the place to be! Specially on weekend nights where you can see a live flamenco show. They just opened and I’ve already been there three times! Can’t wait to go back! I’ll leave you with some pictures of their succulent food!

We ordered the patatas bravas, croquetas, and paella. The patatas bravas, although served on an awkward plate, were fine. The croquetas were also fine—nothing memorable, but acceptable.

The paella, however, was genuinely disappointing and easily one of the worst I’ve had. It was clearly not cooked in a paellera (which the waitress confirmed), but instead appeared to be mushy rice cooked separately and plated afterward. The rice was watery, lacked flavor, and was almost entirely missing protein.

To make matters worse, it’s priced at $55, with an additional $8 for a few shrimp—which ended up being the only decent part of the dish. Paying $65 for watery rice is hard to justify.

Service was also subpar. Even the tinto de verano was off—far too strong and lacking enough soda, which is ironic given how simple that drink is. Overall, not an experience I’d recommend.

Great environment with authentic Spanish cuisine in Doral. The atmosphere has a great, and the staff is excellent. Adriana serviced us and was super great to us. We went for my birthday dinner and had gambas al ajillo, chuletas de cordero, salmón, patatas bravas, a chorizo/serano platter, and a tarta de Santiago. So good. Plus wine and beer. Oh and for my birthday, I had some wine from the bota. great atmosphere , food, and experience. Highly recommend and plan to frequent them.
