Ebisu is definitely a great restaurant! I came here with my family and the staff were very friendly. From our conversations I gathered that they are family owned so it makes it very special. The food is authentic and delicious! They checked on our table a bunch of times and made sure we were well taken care of. Definitely recommend!

My family and I were craving some sashimi and ramen, so we started searching for Japanese restaurants nearby our home and we got a few good ideas. We checked reviews on Google and settled on “Ebisu” and give it a try! And guess what! It wasn’t the least bit disappointing!! The Food was amazing!! It was very fresh and tasty!! And the staff were all so friendly and always looking after the customers needs. Also a big shout out to the owners son, Nori!! We will definitely go back again!!!

Food is excellent here, portions are small but the quality is high. However our server was awful. I don’t go to restaurants to be talked to in a condescending manner by a server. Ruined my otherwise pleasant time, which happened to be my birthday dinner with friends. I would have enjoyed my time so much more if we had anyone else besides the guy with a tattoo on his face(I don’t remember his name). He also would disappear without a trace. All the other staff were nice and pleasant. I would fire that guy if it’s my restaurant because personally I won’t go back if he’s there. Furthermore, I was in the restaurant business myself once upon a time. So I’m not one to get on the servers, but this guy was AWFUL. If you get tattoo face, beware.

Authentic amazing food, excellent customer service, and nice ambience. Everything we’ve gotten here has been delicious and fresh. Ingredients are what they should be, and they don’t use cheap substitutes like other “Japanese” restaurants in the area. I found this place because I go to the LA fitness next door and decided to try it. It’s is a gem! If you are particular about food being prepared properly and well, then this is the place for you!

This restaraunt is one of the best in Palm Beach Gardens. Recently had the spring rolls and they were served with a deliciously spicy dipping sauce. Miso soup is fresh and flavorful. Sushi was amazing! Try the PGA roll; it’s very flavorful, and aesthetically a nice tribute to the local golf courses. The atmosphere inside was comfortable and the service was phenomenal. As good as it gets go now!

Went during happy hour and the prices were great. The quality of fish was very good, you can tell it’s fresh! We also ordered the Chef’s Special ($15) which is on the HH menu and it could be a creative roll or some sort of appetizer. I’m not really sure what to call what we got, probably a sushi pizza? It was delicious. I also recommend the Udon Noodle Soup with the miso broth also on HH.

AC was broken in June, thought they would have fixed it by now. We had dinner last night the dinning room was very warm. They had a fan on but it did not help much. Will return when AC is repaired. Excellant food a service.

Mediocre at best. Fish was not very fresh and way too much rice. Try Seminole Reef Grill instead for much better sushi and only marginally more expensive.
