The sushi poke bowl? Ultra fresh, like the fish voluntarily jumped into the bowl.
And the ramen… THE RAMEN. Insane. Deep flavor, perfect noodles, the kind of bowl you don’t stop thinking about days later.
But you know what really took this place to god-tier?
The waitresses.
Friendly, patient, super welcoming — and they handled every question we had with a smile. They made the whole vibe relaxed and fun, genuinely some of the best service we’ve had in Germany.
And for anyone with celiac or gluten sensitivity:
Eatsu is a dream. They understood immediately, offered safe options, explained everything calmly, and made sure we felt 100% comfortable. HUGE respect for that level of patience and care.
This place isn’t just a restaurant — it’s a culinary knockout punch with elite service.
If you’re in Cologne and you skip Eatsu, you’ve made a mistake.

Very nice restaurant, fresh and delicious sushi and you can choose from several options, the noodles was also nice but a little bit chewy needs to boil it more, the chicken bun was the best thing we ordered very unique and new flavours mixed together, I recommend it but I would advise you to reserve a table before you come cause it’s always busy.

There are not as many variety of flavors for sushi as in other sunshine restaurants. However, the tiger sushi roll (8 pieces) and Japanese BBQ chicken wings were delicious. A small but decent sushi restaurant.
