This local chain has outposts all over the area. Interestingly they vary immensely in their operations and quality. The one nearest to me is terrible which makes me hesitant to go to any of them, but we were near this and decided to give it a try.
Big difference!
Place is very large yet the staff is on the ball. Everything was clean and the salad bar was refreshed regularly. We saw the manager checking with customers on how things were and clearing tables. Food came out in reasonable time and was well prepared.
Maybe we should come here?

Consistency is appreciated. You know what your getting and you can count on it. Cookies, sticky buns and other mainstay items on the menu.
I typically get the fried chicken sandwich and compared in price to other restaurants like McDonald’s and BJs brewhouse it sits right in the middle in both quality and price. I can’t tell if its previously frozen chicken but it does seem likely. Battered in a factory flash frozen, delivered to the restaurant and fried on site. But again you know your getting what you pay for.
Breakfast buffet is always clutch. Again Consistent and reliable.
My family and I use this restaurant when no one knows what they want, or the kids want Breakfast for dinner and the wife and I want dinner entrees.
We use take out most often, the downside being sometimes you dont get exactly what you order, or something is missing…in each case they often rectify the mistake.
Its also very easy and convenient to order online.

I had a great experience at this place! Even though they have been busy on Sunday evening, stuff did an amazing job. I was greeted with a smile by the host and my server was very friendly. The food came out quickly and it looked and tasted really good, I enjoyed my sandwich. But the star of my experience – dessert. The bun was warm and very fresh and the ice cream was soft. On the top of that my coffee cup was always full. Can you ask for more? I don’t think so. I definitely made a good choice to stop here for my late dinner and left with a smile on my face

Worst resturant ever. Food was cold and not what was ordered. Server took food back and returns with bill and said she took it off the bill, which I did not ask for, and I sat for 20 min while the rest of my party ate their food. Manager comes over and ask if there was a problem… of course there’s a problem, I came in because I was hungry.. Then she says she can have it remade (with an attitude) like the server ask… NO THE SERVER DID NOT ASK!!!! What has become of our service industry. Rude, lazy… I know not all are this way but when did this become the acceptable norm

I love Eat’n Parks breakfast buffet, but they have recently changed it and not for the best. Most of the time the servers are really good but there are a few who aren’t quite up to par. They use to have yogurt on the buffet but now that’s gone. They cater the buffet more towards lunch now. The food is still pretty good. I’ll continue to come back because there aren’t many buffet options for breakfast.
