Typical chain restaurant experience except the staff were especially energetic, attentive and very efficient ! Refreshing ! Food was delivered promptly as ordered. My cheese curds were piping hot and delicious. Though they did lack any “squeak” but I rarely find that when I am not in Wisconsin. I wonder if anyone has ever written a scientific paper about squeak in cheese curds ?

Went in for a quick brunch after a long weekend. It was a Sunday 11:45am-ish so it was pretty full and a tad noisy but i get it- i worked at an eat n park years ago. It was only a 10 minute wait for 3 people. The food was good and the service was also. The waitress let us know her shift was over after taking our drink and food orders and let us know someone else would be taking over and insured us we would be well taken care of. I appreciated the comminication. The stars removed are for the restroom conditions. They were unacceptable for a place that serves food. Ive been to cleaner restrooms at an outdoor park.

Had a great experience at Eat’n Park thanks to our server, Mya W! She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. Our fried cheese appetizer came out hot and perfectly cooked, and the salad bar was fresh and well stocked. Mya checked in at just the right times and kept everything running smoothly without ever feeling rushed. Service like hers really makes a difference—she’s a total asset to the team. We’ll definitely be back!

Had a rough day, and all my kid wanted was Eat n Park. Ordered online. Our “loaded” fries were plain. Pot roast sandwich and mashed potatoes were dry; no separate container of gravy.
It was 8:30pm and we hadn’t eaten all day, so out of desperation I tried the dry pot roast sandwich. Opened it to see a pitifully small amount of pot roast. I took a bite, and it was so ridiculously salty that it was completely inedible.
Everything went in the trash where it belongs.

Our server Mya was fantastic—super friendly, quick with refills, and made the whole visit feel welcoming. She even remembered our preferences without us repeating them. Eat’n Park is lucky to have her! Highly recommend asking for Mya if you go.

Not a great experience. We went for dessert after a fun evening out. Waiter was very nice but food was brought out for half the party and he got distracted chatting with another customer before bringing the other half of the desserts out. The first 3 were completely done eating when the second 3 came out.

I needed to get in and out quickly and go back to work and I was seated promptly, the waitress came soon after and I got my food in sufficient time. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Good food!
