What stood out most was her efficiency. Even while staying attentive and friendly, she handled everything smoothly and professionally, making sure I felt taken care of without feeling rushed. That balance is not easy to find, and she does it effortlessly.
Jenn’s positive attitude and natural ability to connect with customers really elevate the entire dining experience. Employees like her make people want to come back. She would absolutely be someone I’d hope to see recognized, whether through a raise or opportunities for advancement, because she clearly brings real value to the team.

Monique is awesome. Every Sunday we have a large group – 8 to 14. She brings the regulars drinks then takes our orders. The orders are rarely incorrect and then it is often the kitchen that made the error. We look forward to seeing her after church. A.J. helps to get the tables ready – yes we have more than one.
I am also a regular on Thursday for the ‘wedding soup’. Jenn B. is Aldo awesome. She also remembers my order, especially the soup, and is pleasantly surprised when my meal changes.

My husband and I frequently visit this location. Our server , Jamie, is the absolute best. She is so fast and thorough. Jamie always has a smile and is such an excellent server. I wish every restaurant had a “Jamie.”

Ordered a to-go order. Boss also did. Drove to the pick up window and they gave me my order, they stated lost the other order and had to remake it. Made us get back in line. All of our food was cold, both orders. So there is no way they made her order fresh. The portion sizes of the chips and the salad were so small. Will be a while before I go to this eat n park again.

I came into park today and my spirit was low. I just needed a meal and some time to think. I then met my waitress, Becky and she was phenomenal. She was so awesome she provided me with the service that I needed, which put a smile on my face, I will be coming back again to see Becky. In addition, to some good eats.

No one cared when I came in or the 45 minutes I waited for the cold food. I was missing food that they were out of and just not going to tell me they were out of it, and let me go home without a refund or alternative choice. I asked for medium rare on my burger and I got a dry, hard cracker of a burger. I ordered 2 sweet teas but only got one and they actually had to make sure after an hour of preparing my order. The restaurant was dead and there was no reason with so many people working that this would ever happen. Through email they are trying to get me to stop and just move on. They want me to just be ok with terrible service and food. They won’t even give me a full refund.

I ordered food online and designated that it be placed on the shelf. When i arrived my food was not ready so i was asked to sit and wait. I sat and waited for over 20 minutes. When i finally asked about my food, i was told it was sitting on the shelf. No one told me anything. When I got to my food my fries were cold. I had to ask for a new order. My potato was dry and old. I had to ask for that to be replaced. My client and I both ordered fish sandwiches, which were both soggy and had no flavor. My other client placed a double order of broccoli with her meal and there were like 8-10 florets with her meal. This was prepared very poorly. I don’t eat at this location often, and today reminded me of why.
