Ordered an online order for pick up . The time given was 6:33pm, I arrived at 6:28 and was asked to return at “my scheduled time.” After receiving the order, I was disappointed with the club sandwich (see photo), the container would not close as well as the pecan pie. Also, the window person took great pleasure in asking me to return.

My service was ok and the restaurant was clean too, but the food just was not that great my Canadian bacon that I had was really super dry and I order over easy eggs. I got one over medium and one over hard so needless to say I really didn’t get any at all And I don’t like the whites so my eggs were ruined. I really wish eat n park would put the coffee pots on the table like other restaurants do, im so sick of paying $3 or more for a cup of coffee and having to flag the server down for more. Keep my cup flowing ! My husbands eggs were the same too by the way. So the cook that day didn’t have it together. I’d give them another shot though. In hopes for a better experience, since this was my first time here. But definitely not a good first impression.

The servers are the ones that make customers not want to return.
Our waitress did acknowledge us right away but then took her time returning to check on us once we got our meals. We did need things, but we had to wait for her to come back around. (It was not busy either)
I’m very disappointed!

I had a great experience at Eat’n Park today. Harleigh at the pickup window was outstanding, friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She made sure everything was correct, had a great attitude, and kept things moving quickly. Customer service like that makes a big difference, and I really appreciate it. I’ll definitely be back!

The manager Jessica was extremely helpful and assisted me with every question I had and was the nicest person when dealing with me. I also truly enjoyed the friendliness of Harleigh at the pickup window. Those are two great employees that need to be rewarded for their customer satisfaction rate because I will be back in the near future because of the friendly hospitality

This restaurant was located within walking distance of the hotel I was staying at and that’s why I visited it for dinner. The interior was not the most modern, but that is exactly what it makes so charming. And the staff was friendly and quick. I had Cheese Sticks as a starter, a vegetarian Gardenburger with fries as a main and a Strawberry Shortcake as a dessert. Everything was good in flavor except the burger, where I was missing sauces, pickles or just salt and pepper. It just consisted of a bun, sliced tomatoes, cut green salad and a veggie patty, which, to be honest, was not too bad. But it could be so easy to improve the taste.
