I ordered takeout and the fish sandwich was good, but not worth 14.99. Got 1 side of chips, and like 12 chips. Also ordered the peanut butter cake for 7.99 a slice. And it is tiny! I thought it would be enough to save. Nope. Not much food for the price.

Literally the worst eat n park in Pittsburgh. We always get the same waitress and she is always high and rude. Food on fingers as if she was eating in the back. Takes 15 minutes to get your drinks waited 30 plus minutes for apps. Brought them out cold. Food ice cold. Asked why she would bring it out cold and she stated “well I didn’t touch it” when you can visible see the cheese on the sandwich it even slightly melting. The table behind us even said “it’s sure taking a long time to get out food” and they were there before me. Only about ten people in the restaurant. Waited 20 minutes up front to speak to a manager. Then after speaking to the manager calmly the waitress comes out and says “next time just don’t ask for me” as if we knew for the second time her service would be this bad. Fries all over the floor . My daughter said “mommy I’ll just fill up on pop and we can go home and cook” what kid wants to leave eat n park. The other staff member told me how our waitress was just sitting down in the back. She was rude and you would think once we talk to the manager he would have at least made the food hot. We travel all the way to 51 in order to get a good experience because you’ll never get it her. Asking your waitress to wash her hands and she just stared at you as her hands are caked with food and dirt under nails is crazy.. and to be so high everytime you can’t man your tables is crazy. Worst experience ever. The McDonald’s down the street gives you better service.

Lisa was super awesome, she was extremely attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Made us feel welcomed from start to finish. The food was great as well, everything was cooked as described and tasted even better. Absolute 10/10!!

What makes the destination is good food with company. My server Kara was someone who genuinely has a heart and asked me how my day was and what I did in life. She really asked with genuine care as a human being not a human doing. I immediately felt a connection with the place which compels me to want to return. You don’t manufacture good people, you nurture. Probably my best diner experience in Pittsburgh.

Was there last night. The service was great but it was the salad bar that got my attention. The containers were full. The area was clean. And the food was great. I commend Jen for doing an excellent job! Keep up the good work.

Went for a quick breakfast order over easy eggs and got this. Nothing over easy about them. Can’t really say anything else because the only other thing I had was toast and a bowel of fruit.

However our waitress, I believe her name was Cindy was amazing and she deserves a raise.

Visited on a Monday at approximately 6:00 PM when the restaurant was not busy. Total time spent dining was approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Four people ordered the salad bar; quality was poor. One person ordered a burger with no green peppers and received extra green peppers. The corrected order took approximately 30 minutes.

No drink refills were provided at any point. After finishing the meal, there was an additional delay before receiving the check. The server was initially attentive but was absent for extended periods. A neighboring table reported experiencing similar delays and service issues. Stay clear of this Eat’n Park; it does not hold up standards.

My server was really on the ball, she had my drink and food order in before I even knew what I wanted! Never had to ask for refills because my cup never was empty. Friendly and funny too. Good job Persis, A++++

Our waiter was terrific! The restaurant was operating short staffed but they all handled it well. Patrons need to be more patient when they go out. Stay in your car and sit in a take out line if you can’t be a bit more understanding when eating out. Happy New Year everyone!
