This was my first time to an Eat ‘n Park – I had a burger and fries and both were very good … my husband had the pot roast.

Okay spot. Tried it because it is something that we don’t have at home. Food was good.

Eat n Park has the absolute best pies. The strawberry one is my favorite. They have so many other desserts as well. They have reasonably priced food options that are also equally as tasty. Check them out. We love the diner like vibe and the iconic smily cookies. They have parking on site, a drive through window and a buffet as well. Pittsburgh staple.

Overall, it was a nice experience. I only have one complaint of where I was seated was VERY cold. When I went to find the host to ask if we could be seated somewhere else, I was met by another waitress who was standing near the greeting post. Once I brought the issue to her attention, I was told it’s gonna be cold everywhere you sit I found a empty seat MYSELF over by the buffet, where it was not nearly as cold as it was where we were originally sitting. It was a Sunday morning, so I understand they may have been getting slammed, but the lack of concern and oh well attitude definitely needs to be addressed

We all know what to expect from Eat’n Park just a chill family restaurant nothing fancy but good place to go with family, friends, and kids. The server was really nice but had no idea what she was doing. She up charged all 3 kids drinks to adults, the kids also got milkshakes with their kids meals she also charged them as adults. All 3 kids got cheeseburgers well she also charged one of the kids for an adult cheeseburger meal. She said she was fixing it with a manager came back and only fixed the milkshakes. The apps took 30 mins the meals didn’t come out for over an hour and the milkshakes didn’t come out till after the meals. The restaurant was more than half empty and they sat the only 6 tables pretty much touching. The icing on the cake was we got no cookies. I had to ask 3 times. Will not be returning to the Monroeville location. Also they were not under staffed they had several servers rolling silverware and just talking on the phone.

Ordered eggs over medium, got scrambled. Our food was delivered to wrong table. Seems they are over worked, under trained, under paid. Fast service with reasonably good food, but service could improve

I’d highly recommend dessert there. The food isn’t as good as I thought it’d be. The service is always good, even when I show up late. The diner is also kept clean, and feels like an old 60s diner. All in all, not a bad place to eat, especially if you go for the dessert.

Food was terrible. Got the mushroom burger, looking nothing like the picture. Had about 3 mushrooms actually on it. Tasted cheap and barely warm. Salad bar was lacking. Super salty chili. I think the only part I enjoyed were the tiny muffins …

Horrible experience. I ordered take-out online (just a salad, nothing else). It said 20-30 minutes. When I got there it wasn’t ready. I waited 50 minutes, and every time I asked I was told they were just getting it ready. There was another lady there waiting with the same issue. Also, an older couple that was dining in got very upset and stormed out while I was waiting. Apparently they had been sitting there an hour and never got their food. When I asked for the manager, she had a bad attitude and only made excuses, then walked away and never came back or did anything to fix the problem. After over an hour from the time I ordered the food I asked to cancel the order and for a refund and all of a sudden they brought my food out, no apology, nothing. The salad was disgusting and soggy, like it had been sitting in the kitchen for hours with the dressing on it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.

The waiter we had was not very attentive and we waited 10 mins. Before he even came to the table. Our burgers were good and could of been hotter. When it came time to pay our waiter disappeared and so we had to get a hostess to get him so we could pay. We go there a lot and our service has been a lot better than this last one. Maybe this waiter had to many tables to handle?
