I just want to say that whoever the waitress is named Amanda was the best waitress I’ve literally ever had at any restaurant. Management please give this woman a raise! She checked up on us and ALWAYS made sure we were okay or needed anything and she was the nicest person. Sometimes you don’t ever see a waiter or waitress until you ate all of your food but this woman literally does her job. I wanted to call and compliment personally to management but figured I’d just review. P.S. bananas foster was amazing!

Giving a 4 rating as the food has not been the same as my very first visit. I dined here 3 times so far since I moved to Pittsburgh and I always brag about this restaurant and these last 2 visits, a couple days apart was okay.

Not a good experience. First let me point out that the bathrooms are only on one side of the restaurant opposite of the buffet. So if you frequent the bathrooms please request that side. The waitress was friendly but not attentive. I’m a coffee drinker with breakfast, but this woman refused to fill my coffee. Another woman who brought our food filled my cup. The food itself was good but only room temperature. I waited for the waitress to fill my coffee but I couldn’t find her. I waited about 10 minutes, then I took my cup to find her or anyone as I got to the kitchen she was coming out she musta went on break! I told her that I would like coffee. I’m sorry but if you’re a server who expects the customer to pay most of your salary then please be attentive to your customers or get a different profession. Especially at the prices we pay to dine out.

Food is usually done on time and warm. One think I hate is that they put the fries in a bag and they get soggy from the steam , don’t know who thought it was a good idea. 80% of the time the chicken noodle soup is noodles , broth, and maybe 2 carrots. I’ve had plenty of bowls with absolutely 0 pieces of chicken in them. But the real problem was this pie that cost $4. It’s small, half of the bottom is gone. Unacceptable for the price.

Worst possible service ever. Saw the busbiy 3x as many times as I saw the server. All I wanted was dessert took more than 45 mins to have dessert and get out the door. Will never return. To earn park this was my 3rd attempt post covid. Im out!!!!!
