Had the best galentine’s celebration with my bestie girl. Audrey, our server, was a DOLL. She was so attentive and amenable to our many silly needs. She even helped us make our own custom waffle dessert that was SO good. <3

We were in the area and decided to stop in for breakfast before leaving Pittsburgh. We’re from Florida and don’t have this restaurant where we live, so we were excited to try it. After arriving, we were seated but had to wait quite a while before anyone came to take our order. By the time someone finally did, we ordered all of our food and drinks at once since we had already been sitting for so long.
We ordered hot chocolate, decaf coffee, a kielbasa omelet with home fries (which I specifically asked to be cooked well done/crispy), and my husband ordered the steak and cheese bagel sandwich with crispy home fries as well. Unfortunately, it took over an hour for the food to come out. When it finally arrived, it was lukewarm, poorly seasoned, and the home fries were not crispy at all, some didn’t even seem fully cooked.
Overall, this was a total and complete disappointment. Based on this experience, we would not return to this location and would not recommend it to others visiting Pittsburgh.

My husband and I stopped in for dinner tonight. I recently had to begin a restricted diet, and I knew they had a special menu to help make the best selections to suit special dietary restrictions. I was able to open the app (bizspoon) on my phone but I asked Ryan, the server, how to work it. He said he knew how to open it but not much beyond that and that I should just tell him what my needs were. I said low salt. He shook his head and said no there’s nothing he could recommend because of possible cross contamination. So really? Nothing? Not a grilled chicken wrap with no added salt? Nothing? No premade salad? Not a thing? Because of cross contamination concerns? I ordered salad bar and ate my $15 plate of lettuce. I used olive oil and red wine vinegar. Both bottles were oily. My husband had a super burger. From the time of Ryan’s “assistance” in not recommending any items on the menu until we left, he only spoke to my husband. How was your burger, sir?

We aways enjoy coming to this Eat n Park. Bonnie was our server. She is great! The chicken brucchita is great and you can pick 1 or 2 pieces. I had the cod and shrimp dinner. The salad bar makes a great side. We come all the time.

This had to have been the WORST experience, worst food , and service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Ordered hamburger and a grilled chicken sandwich I was with my special needs friend who is gluten-free and on a special diet because of his disease/syndrome. When we got our food, the bun was so hard I couldn’t even cut it to feed him. His broccoli was raw as so was mine. The food was cold and not to mention totally tasteless. I could not find our waitress so I asked the hostess if she could get Help us. She didn’t even know what to do. Finally our waitress came and she left and left the burger and took the broccoli. Oh did I mention they had fries on his plate and he is gluten-free and we didn’t even order them so she dumped them on a plate at the next table. And brought his burger back. The hostess took His plate with the hard bun and set it at the counter across from us. When the Server came back she brought another bun with no burger on it or broccoli so she went over to the counter and got the burger back and said it there so we had to assemble our burger ourselves after it was sitting at the counter For a while. We should’ve just got up and left at this point. But the poor kid was so hungry so he ate his cold burger and steam and hot broccoli which he couldn’t eat because it was too hot. So I finally asked for the check and the Manager came up and said she took 10% off our bill. Oh wow that’s $1.30 anyway so we paid our bill and left. I have never in my entire life seen such poorly run managed place in my life. I will never go back to any Eaton Park for that matter because the last time I went and another Eaton Park, the food was horrible. Made me sick so when you’re paying over $30 for lunch and you left hungry and the food was cold and nasty I don’t think I’ll ever go back.

We ordered 2 hot chocolats and food. The hot chocolats we’re so bad (tasted like water with a dash of chocolate) we could not drink them. We told the waitress about it and she said that was just the way they come out of the machine. I explained how bad they were, something was definitely wrong, something was not right. I expected them to be taken off the bill even though it was never said. They were not what we paid for. When we got the bill they were still on the bill, I definitely could and probably should have said something but after a long day I paid the bill just to get out there. On top of that the food we ordered 3 burgers we all over cooked and dry. Overall a pretty bad experience. We haven’t beef there in a while but definitely expected a lot better. Probably won’t go back definitely won’t order hot chocolat
