Absolutely amazing experience! The food, hospitality and atmosphere. Farida and her team were very helpful and made sure we were comfortable. Would definitely come again.

Sha Cha (Shabz)
One the best steak houses in Manchester. Massive portions , decent prices and melt in the mouth steak. All the sides were sublime and the assortment of starters were nice and varied. Great touch with the Palestine cocktail sending all proceeds to where it is needed.
Will definitely be back next time in Manchester. Plenty more to try.

The food is genuinely nice and offers good value for money. Portions are generous and definitely worth the price.
I also appreciated the availability of a prayer facility, which is a thoughtful and welcome touch for a Muslim-friendly restaurant.
Constructive feedback: when we were seated, the table hadn’t been cleaned properly. Although the waiter did wipe it down after I pointed it out, there was still grease left on the surface shortly after. I understand it’s a busy restaurant, but cleanliness standards should always be maintained.
The staff kindly offered us a complimentary dessert, which was a nice gesture and helped ease the disappointment around the table issue.
However, the biggest let-down was the service charge. I was shown the bill on a tablet to confirm the items were correct, but the total amount wasn’t clearly visible at that stage. It was only when the payment was processed on the card machine that I realised I’d been charged £101.75.
After checking later, I realised an additional 10% service charge had been added. Reading other reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only customer who has felt caught out by this. The way the bill is presented gives the impression there is no service charge, which is misleading and disappointing.
Management really needs to be clearer and more transparent about service charges. I hope this feedback is taken on board and addressed, as the food itself is good and the overall experience could easily be improved with better clarity and standards.

We were greeted by Assad who looked after us with kindness, friendliness and a big smile. He was attentive and explained all the ins and out of the restaurant steak experience. The starters came quickly and were delicious. The mains followed equally delicious. Without a doubt the best selection of steaks! The addition of the hot stone to heat and cook the steak to your exact specification was a lovely touch. The dessert selection was amazing, everyone must try the chocolate cake (soft creamy and just the right amount of chocolate). Be sure to finish off with the fragrant and aromatic morrocan tea. First class food and attentive service with a smile. Well done guys! Definitely recommend 5*

When we came in, we were greeted & treated well by Asad & mohammed junaid. Both did an exceptional job. Felt like they were the owners trying to make us feel welcome. They gave us desserts free, and even had a laugh with them. I ordered the butter ribeye steak – to be honest it was a good steak- I’d rate it 8/10 – the batta something morrocan potato dish was addictively good. Overall the service was exceptionally and the food was decent.

Celebrated my birthday at this steak house, and it was nothing short of amazing. The staff were wonderful attending to every need, the interior and atmosphere was amazing, and the food was brilliant, the shredded chicken steak sizzled on a hot plate, the lamb leg was slightly dry, but overall a fantastic night out. Staff made sure my birthday was special as they bought out desserts with shooting flame candles and a whole fire display free of charge! They made my evening as special as possible can not thank enough!
