The atmosphere is easygoing and welcoming. Hank was friendly and attentive. I had the chili relleno smothered in green chili. It was good, could always be a little spicier, we mentioned that on the way out which was well received and sounds like a spicier option may be in the works. My hubby had the chicken fried steak and it was good as well! Had to have the ginormous cinnamon roll to go but you know we had some bites before we left. Will be back for more!
Was not impressed with avocado toast. I did have gluten free bread instead. Was Udi brand. Was not “fresh” avocado that definitely was from a pre packaged container with wilted greens tucked away. No flavor with one egg. So much potential but WON’T order that again. Eventually got the attention of the server and added side of bacon.
For the main event, we dove into the Denver scrambles, which were hearty and delicious, and we couldn’t resist trying two orders of the gluten-free huckleberry French toast. Let me tell you, it absolutely lived up to the hype! Fluffy, sweet, and simply divine, it’s the best French toast I’ve ever had—gluten-free or not!
What impressed me most was the variety of gluten-free options. It’s rare to find a breakfast place that truly caters to gluten-free diners, and EAT! knocked it out of the park. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a fantastic brunch experience. We’ll definitely be back!
Our server was amazing and the atmosphere was quaint with both outdoor and indoor seating options. We didn’t have to wait terribly long either which was another surprising treat.
I ordered the Honey-Smoked Salmon Benedict, and every aspect of the meal was on point. From the hash browns to the delectable salmon, I will be returning!
The drinks (mimosas) were wonderful as well. Would recommend 10/10!
