I’m editing my review because I can’t respond to your reply to my review. You stated your food is not recommended to be frozen. But, it appeared to be frozen when I bought it. Is that not the case?
I’ve heard good things about this and decided to try. I have the chicken ginger stir fry and my daughter had the Mexican shredded beef. The chicken stir fry was large enough for me to split into 2 servings for my lunch at work. My daughter enjoyed hers for dinner. Although, frozen they microwave nicely and are a lot better than the frozen meals from the grocery store. I will definitely buy again especially when working 3 -12 hours shifts in a row. It will save me time from

EDIT: I’m changing my 2 stars to a 1 now. I reordered that meal and it was the exact same thing. Nothing has improved. I’ve been cooking for myself now, and not only is it way less money, but I’ve been dropping weight too, which I HAVE NOT when I was ordering these meals, even though I was meticulously calorie counting. I have not changed my activity at all, just stopped ordering. Their calories are WRONG, and underestimated. Don’t bother with this site, literally order frozen meals from reputable companies for less money and more accurate macros, either that or just cook yourself. Don’t order from here.
I’ve been ordering here for awhile and really loved it, but I don’t know whats happening now but the food is just not up to par like it used to be; especially with the newer meals in there. Just look at the pics of the chicken ratatouille that I bought, looks nothing like the pictures- hardly no sauce and the chicken had like no seasoning on it. Earlier this year I never had this problem before. Even some of the staples or the older meals don’t quite taste the same.
Also, they don’t allow bad reviews of there meals on their website, because I posted a couple reviews on there and if I didn’t give it a 4 or above or sung its praises, it will not go on there. And to me, that’s being dishonest as a company. And if they remove this one as well on google, I’m just going to go to Instagram and TikTok to really put out the word.
Also, they used to have this 15%-20% coupon that was available to use for every order, but they cut that off to only one use, which is a shame.
I’m going to continue ordering for a bit because I truly did love this company, I order 14 meals almost every week, but this meal I received is just so so disappointing. So if this continues, and the meals keep declining in quality, I’m going to have to find something else, because especially with this economy I can not afford to waste money. Eat Clean Bro, please do better.

I am a frequent customer of the Freehold location because of the close proximity to my job for 3 years now and I was a big fan. After they changed from reusable plastic containers to the vacuum sealed packaging, the food quality has significantly gone down hill. Taste is off and my chicken (even after microwaving for 2.5 minutes) looks undercooked. Very disappointed.

I’ve honestly been really impressed with Eat Clean Bro. The portions are bigger than Factor Meals, and the calories are the same and the taste is so much better. The meals are filling and actually enjoyable. I just wish I had found them sooner.

Eat clean bro is the ultimate meal prep food delivery company. Their meals are always super tasty and only take 2-3 minutes in the microwave to heat up. Every time I’ve been to the storefront/warehouse it is always SUPER clean. They take a lot of pride making sure not only their food is clean but their surroundings as well. That being said, their food is so much better for you than your average meal delivery service. They have so many categories to choose meals from based on your dietary restrictions or certain diet goals you have. I’ve never had a meal from them that I didn’t like. The owners and staff are great people that really care about the product they are putting out as well as their customer’s well being. The protein cookie dough is a perfect little sweet treat and the brobq crack is probably my favorite meal. They even have smokers outside that they use to smoke their own meats. If you go to one of the locations you can even try one of the meals. You can either pick up your order or have it delivered to you (if you live within 15 miles of one of their locations) and it is there at your doorstep next day! I have nothing but great things to say about this company, order from them and you will not be disappointed!

Getting back into the gym at 56 years old sometimes can be difficult. Always starts with eating healthy and getting some positive results. Eat Clean Bro was recommended to me. I started eating on a regular basis two months ago. About six months ago my bloodwork was on the high side, where the Doc wanted me to retest in six months and was talking about maybe cholesterol medication if I could not get my numbers in good standings. Much to my surprise when my doctor looked at my chart and said, you’re not on medication your blood work is phenomenal right where it needs to be. What are you doing differently? I said Doc I’ve been eating Eat Clean Bro for two months and I feel good the next day with the good news and feeling good about myself I started going back to the gym two days in. My new clean came for the week and I’m ready to rock. Highly recommended food is amazing very tasteful plenty of choices. 100% quality at fair prices. Thank you!

Sooo happy with this company. The food is AMAZING and shocking that it’s so easily done. Make it in the microwave and it’s cooked for me and tastes better than if I cooked it!
