First of all, the owner is really thoughtful and understanding, and we appreciated his care and personal touch. He touched base with every table to see how everything was, was friendly, and built rapport, which made us and others want to come back to help see his business succeed. I wish our server was more personable though. She was in a bit of a rush when taking our order and then publicly berated us for talking to the owner instead of her about an issue. I understand her being upset, but we never tried to get her in trouble for anything nor mentioned anything about her at all. The issue had nothing to do with her. She was never around after dropping off our food to ask how things were while we were eating, until after we talked to the owner, who was just making his rounds by the time we were done with our main dish, and asked us how things were, because I was waiting to tell her if she would have asked. That kind of left a bad impression, and there wouldn’t have been an issue with her customer service if not for that, but otherwise, the food overall was pretty good! It was quite filling and I loved that they try to use fresh ingredients, and the price was affordable. The coffee is also quite good! Overall, we loved the atmosphere, ambience, location, and the decor of the restaurant and the menu options (it makes it hard to choose just one thing, as everything on the menu sounds delicious!!)! Would love to support local business, would just appreciate a little better customer service – friendlier staff (which aside from her, everyone else we talked to was really friendly!).

This is a wonderful brand new restaurant in the town of Lowell. We were there on its third day of business and upon entering we were immediately impressed by the interior design and the numerous staff greeting and seating us.

They were only serving breakfast this week but will begin their dinner menu next week. The breakfast menu had many unique items at a very fair price. The food was fantastic and well-presented and the wait staff were terrific. Definitely going to be one of our new favorites in town.

Update: Now that Easy Street is open for dinner, we have returned for another wonderful experience with quality food at very fair prices. In fact, the bar has happy hour prices every day all day. Check it out

UPDATE: This restaurant has now been open for about a year and is better than ever with interesting menu items being rotated all the time. Be sure to check out the Portobello mushrooms on sourdough with red peppers, balsamic and goat cheese!

Went out to lunch with my sister and decided to try a new restaurant in Lowell. Convenient location, we were seated quickly and our server was very nice. We each ordered the Easy Street BLAT (bacon, lettuce, avocado, and tomato) with fries. It was okay, nothing super fabulous but not the worst I’ve had either. Portions are very large and prices are in the normal range. For dessert we had a brownie type thing with supposed ice cream which was really just whip cream in my opinion. So we weren’t thrilled as it started it was ice cream. It was basically a dollop so hard to share, although the brownie thing was a good size.

This is an okay place, but nothing I’d rush back to. If we eat there again that’s fine, but it’s not like I’m anxious to eat there again because of amazing food, if you know what I mean.

We had a mediocre experience at best. We went in at an odd time (so not busy at all). We were seated and given menus promptly. Our server was attentive and did well.

However, that’s where the good stuff pretty much ends. It took FOREVER to get our food (2 burgers, a grilled cheese and fries). I’m glad we weren’t in a hurry!

The server said “thank goodness we got the good fries back”. We all agreed, if these are the good fries, we won’t want to see the bad ones! They were awful! The burgers & sandwich were ok.

The prices didn’t seem bad, but somehow after the (fairly generous) tip, my bill was over $70. For 3 baskets and 3 fountain drinks. No appetizers, desserts or alcohol.

Overall, I probably won’t go back. There are too many other options.

The food is top notch, delicious, and full of flavor. Our bartender Leah was so friendly, happy, and made our night out worth everything. The manager Dawn came over and was involved and a delight. I ordered a drink off the drink menu and it was sweet to taste and perfect as described. I would recommend you enjoy the food, atmosphere, and the small town charm Easy Street has to offer.

Prime rib was excellent and the service fantastic tonight! Great live music, loved the group. Enjoyed our evening, the atmosphere is just alright, could use sprucing up. We’ll definitely be back again!

My first visit. Sat at the bar and had the club sandwich. Large serving with tasty fries. I will say that I had difficulty finding things on the menu that appealed to me. I wanted to try the prime rib (offered Fri and Sat) but it was wedded to green beans and a baked potato. Other entrees also seemed to be a bit off in what they were combined with. I might recommend ordering a sandwich and modifying as needed. The club sandwich was large and I took half of it home.

The way the bar is set up no one saw us come in so it was over 5 min before we were greeted. Once we were sat it was another 10 min before we had someone come to our table. Time be fair, this restaurant is new and has a lot of potential. The burger was overcooked and did not have seasoning. The soup of the day and fries were great. The layout was confusing with the bar up front so it was hard to see people as they came in. It has a lot of open space and a stage for music. I will go back in a few months to review again since this was most likely just them getting settled.

Though the ambience isn’t anything to write home about (neither fabulous nor bad) the food was *very* much to my liking and our server, whom we’ve had on prior visits, made the stop even more enjoyable. If you want a really solid meal with attentive service in a no-nonsense atmosphere, Easy Street is the place. To put things into context, there are countless restaurants near us but we’re happy to drive 20 miles, one way, to dine here.
