Upon arrival, I was immediately acknowledged and provided with a courtesy cup of water while waiting for our order. The environment was exceptionally friendly, which was particularly heartwarming given that this was my first visit to Delaware during the Fourth of July weekend. Count on delicious food and great service. Today we had the apple/gouda/bacon dilla and the smoked prime rib sandwich. Both were out of this world. Other places say smoke but you can’t taste it. This is definitely smoked. If you want to feel like you’re in the tropics order the Aloha cocktail.

There are lovely indoor and outdoor seating options that are complemented with string lights. Though the menu may be considered small to some, I believe small menus result in better meals. Sure enough, the food was presented swiftly, greatly portioned, and very flavorful. My only complaint would be that my server did not respond as often as I would have liked because my table needed refills on water. Nevertheless, I am planning another night to enjoy in this casually pleasant environment with mouthwatering food and drinks.

Best Sunday lunch in Milford. Excellent omelette bar many breakfast meats and even delicacies with chocolate fondue! Pairs quite well with the must-have mimosa and bloody Mary bar.

First time at Easy Speak. It was recommended to us by a patron at another bar. He said Easy Speak had great burgers. Upon entering I could see that it would be a cool place to go and meet friends. Good mixed crowd and good ambiance. Our waitress, Morgan, was great.
Although we went there for burgers, we didn’t see any on the menu so we had the Old Bay wings, Pigs In a Blanket, Bacon & Jelly and Meat Lovers Pizza. I really liked the Pigs In A Blanket. It had a nice spiciness to it that wasn’t over the top. I tried the American Mule with the pomegranate. I didn’t love it. It wasn’t bad but I think I would have liked it more without the pomegranate addition. We tried their peach bourbon and regular blended. Didn’t care for the peach but liked the regular enough to buy a bottle.
I would definitely go back… especially to try the burgers. I would also recommend it.

Good visit tonight, first time going. Had the Buffalo chicken dip and it was fabulous! The spicy pigs in a blanket were a little less than my hopes and I think that’s mostly because it’s a huge spicy sausage. If you’re into that it’s great. Also had meat lovers pizza, it was good and not greasy at all. They serve beers but don’t make any, mostly spirits; the drinks are outstanding! Great atmosphere, easy going, and clean. Be sure to stop by!

This past Thursday, I wrote EasySpeak a 5-star review because the service we received was phenomenal. Our food was great and the waitress, who we don’t have the name of, was very attentive. My family and I came again three days later, Sunday, 8/13, with high hopes of the service and the quality of food to be consistent with our previous experience. Unfortunately, it was not. When we walked in, there were no staff members there to greet us, and when we were told to seat ourselves, we only had a select amount of tables to choose from that were clean. Many of the tables hadn’t been bussed and we could visibly see the crumbs on the tables due to them not being wiped down. The tables weren’t wiped down through the entirety of our dinner. It felt unsanitary sitting in there surrounded by this mess. After waiting 10 minutes for our server to greet us with water, we ordered the traditional fries as our appetizer. Our appetizer came out concurrent with one of our entrees, and the fries were inedible due to them being burnt. We eventually got our waitress’ attention and sent the fries back, and we received a new batch that was comped. We ordered the nachos and paid an additional $4 for steak that was barely even there. On top of that, the nachos didn’t come with the sour cream or jalapenos that were listed on the menu. All of our entrees came out at different times, and meanwhile our waitress, Karen, was very unattentive. She did not introduce herself and she never came to check on us after we received our food. She was hiding in the kitchen after she delivered the food. The only reason we know her name is because the bartender came over to check on us after we finished our food and told us that he was checking on us for her. We ended up sitting there for another 15 minutes, and she was still nowhere in sight. We had to walk up to the bar to ask the bartender to give us the check. He politely cashed us out, and Karen still hadn’t come to check up on us. We left right after we paid, so she didn’t care to see us leave dissatisfied. Keep in mind, there was only one other table that Karen had, and there were a couple of people seated at the bar. It seemed to be that they were understaffed due to only seeing two cooks, our waitress, and the bartender. We were extremely disappointed after finding out that it was completely inconsistent with our 5-star dinner the other night.

4:30 pm on a Sunday, they close their kitchen apparently. Only pizzas and quesadillas are available, nothing else. Quesadillas are bland and overpriced. Spot is nice, eating area is typical for a place like this.
