Finally, I got to try Easy Egg Cafe, and it was pretty good.
The food was nice and fresh. Everyone I went with enjoyed their food items.
The service is pretty speedy.
Atmosphere is nothing special.
I personally ordered the Croissant Turkey sandwich, and it was pretty good next time. I definitely will be ordering the eggs benedict, though.
I guess I’m just underwhelmed because this restaurant has such a big hype in the AV, and it is good. But it’s not as hyped up as people make it to be.

Update. Here today, the server just ignored us to take the order or give us at least drinks for over 10 minutes serving other people who came after us one after another. Rude, unprofessional. I don’t recommend to come here if you don’t want to be ignored by the waitress.
Food is good. Always fresh and delicious, but the price after the cafe was burnt out increased significantly. The service is good however sometimes there is a line there to eat. I like their pancakes. The eggs are good but they should not cooked them to the golden crust since it is not good for health.
Overall it is really good place for breakfast. I definitely recommend this place.

Where do I start!?!?! Their gravy is amazing!!! I’ve had it on the Loaded Breakfast Burrito with sausage, bacon, ham, hashbrowns, eggs, cheese, and that delicious gravy. Scrumptious breakfast sandwiches with more gravy. Their burgers for lunch are delicious as well. Great service, great food, and the menu has something for everyone… today for my kids bday we had the Quartz Hill Burrito and the Country omelet and they were both delicious. Still a great place to get an amazing breakfast here in Quartz Hill.

First time I’ve been to Easy Egg. A few coworkers and I went after work this morning. We were the first through the door. I ordered the blueberry french toast. It was very good and had great plate presentation. Also our waitress was attentive and pleasant as well. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I like the Easy egg café, I really like grabbing breakfast here because everything just tastes kind of country homemade it’s a very laid-back environment.
The servers are really attentive and take care of you. The food is tasty flavorful tastes fresh.

Ordered Jakes Burrito, was delicious. Came with a side of fresh diced fruit, I ate the fruit. Not sure if it was from the fresh fruit, but a day later I had a scratchy throat and by day 3 I had a full-on lung infection of some kind. I’m guessing someone in the kitchen was sneezing/coughing and not covering their mouth/nose. Don’t eat the fresh cut up fruit anywhere. I don’t eat out very often. I got sick and the only place I ate away from home, was here.

Our first experience here was amazing and so we came back. Our 2nd and 3rd experience were ok but nothing to cry about. Today was the breaking point. Our food took 45min to come out. Another table that was seated after us got their food 5-10min before us. A table that was seated 10min after us got their food at the same time as we did. The customer service was lacking. Multiple times I heard the waitress apologize to customers saying she got distracted. Togo orders are completed first. So if you want hot food, order to go because you will wait an eternity.
Poor customer service can make up for good food. If the food was good. The only thing hot was the fried steak. Sunny side eggs died in the window and were stone cold. I cant even begin to wonder why bananas foster looks like clarified butter in a bowl.

Cute little breakfast spot in Quartz Hill. I have food allergies, so sometimes finding a decent breakfast is rough. This place had a delicious burger patty on the menu, and it was huge and filling. Added some hash browns and fruit and I was full and happy. Great service too!

We went to order food it was really crowded so we decided to sit on one of the tables to wait for our order. This rude lady with glasses came and told me if I wasn’t eating there to move and started spraying stuff on the table. I felt embarrassed and humiliated in front of everyone. They stared at me like I was just waiting there for them to give me free food. Horrible customer service experience we spent 65 dollars and will never be back there again.
