My wife and I came to kill some time waiting for a race time at Andretti. It was only $2.50 a plate with great service. This place should be crowded nightly, but we were the only ones there for 30min. Maybe it’s a ln unknown gem, but we loved it 🙂

You have to rate this sushi place against other conveyor belt style sushi places, and when you do it’s 5 Stars!
I’m not saying it’s better than fancy sit-down places but for what it is, it’s really good. $2/plate and the sushi is pretty fresh. On a Saturday for lunch they were fast and constantly replenishing the sushi on the belt. This will be my go-to conveyor belt sushi place for a quick lunch!
Also bonus points for having sesame seed balls. I love those things and don’t see them too often. Although, can’t say I’ve ever had them with chocolate sauce before…

This is what happens when a bunch of dudes with no restaurant experience try to open a sushi restaurant. It looked like the staff had gotten into a soy sauce fight before we showed up; all of the napkins and countertops had soy sauce splattered everywhere.
The sushi was… warm. At 5pm. Big red flag. Thankfully, no diarrhea.
We were interrupted no fewer than 9 times by the staff, who definitely resembled those annoying helicopter parents who linger unnecessarily at their kids’s friend’s backyard birthday party.
Man, I just can’t get over that warm sushi. So freaking weird…

It was fun finding a sushi track. I love just choosing things as they go by. It wasn’t too busy but busy enough that the poor guy couldn’t keep up with keeping the track stocked. So you may want to go right before the lunch rush. All the plates are 2.50 A lot of the sushi on the track is the same ingredients just made in different combinations with a different sauce and name, but you can order any rolls you want from the menu or your imagination. My daughter is gluten free so they made her some salmon with avacdo and stuff but left off the imitation crab ( which is loaded with gluten) Super nice and accommodating.

Don’t know why this place has a 4.3 rating. It’s sushi on the belt but there is no sushi. There are different types of rolls on the belt. There are signs of different types of sushi and appetizers but there is no food. I understand it’s a Tuesday night but the restaurant pretty occupied. I end up ordering sashimi and sushi. I was trying to order Uni sushi and the waitress seemed confused so I said sea urchin and she told me they don’t have it. Then why put it on the menu. The table was sticky and the restaurant filled with loud pop music. I also saw a girl to go the sushi on the belt and she waited next to the belt for 20 mins with no new sushi boarding the belt. Sadly she just picked 2 rolls and left. The bento box was big and very worthy for $12 with 3 types of meat. I guess their food quality are really different. When I ordered the scallop sushi and salmon sashimi the quality was fine. But the salmon I still prefer the ones from H mart. I also picked a plate of tuna sushi from the belt. The meat was very warm and the rice was hard.
Overall I’m glad that my husband who don’t eat sushi enjoyed his bento box.

Sushi was very well done wish had sashimi options on the belt. Fried stuff and warm items weren’t rotated well. Cold soft. All in all fun.

Food was ok. Some things seem to have sat a bit. Their crab ragoon was not crispy but more soggy. The fried sushi like the Las Vegas roll and another I had were disappointing. Most of the sushi seemed to be heavy on the cream cheese light on the fish. However I guess you get what you pay for at $2.50 a dish.

Won’t go away hungry!
I ordered the Bento-A box, which was much larger than I expected and was delicious! Between the bento box and four plates of sushi I was quite stuffed!

Have had good experiences here before but I came today for lunch at around 2 and they were already closed when they’re supposed to close at 2:30. Lady inside told me that the manager told them to close up the restaurant early due to a lack of business but still was a waste of my time to drive out there only for it to be closed.

Sushi was phenomenal, with fresh nigiri and a wide range of rolls. Clean and welcoming dining experience because the service was prompt and friendly.
