Love this place! Friend and I were looking for a quick lunch nearby, saw this and decided to give it a go. Guess what? This place is legit! I’ve already been back myself several times now for lunch and dinner. The quesadilla was so good that I forgot to take a pic and ordered takeout just to snap a pic for this review. The food is tasty, portions are huge, staff are great. What else can you ask for?

I recently dined at Eastro and was blown away by the exceptional quality of the food and service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and attentive staff. This people know how to do business. Thank you for hosting us this Saturday. Very tasty Somali food. Eastro will soon be one of the best event centres in Minneapolis very soon. They have plenty of space, sound system is awesome and the space is very clean and has lots of room. Will recommend their service 100%.

I had a meeting with clients at the restaurant and event center. The food was fantastic and the service excellent. The tea was amazing too! We left thoroughly satisfied. I also loved the fact that i don’t have to worry about parking lot. This place has ample parking space.

The place deserve more than 5 stars . We had Event booked, the place was very clean, Well organized and good people around like manager Hussein and some sisters. The food is so delicious. 100 plus people came over for event, everyone was saying the food was good. Don’t worry about parking. Highly Recommended.

Very clean and modern atmosphere! Would recommend their quesos: very flavourful and not bland at all. I’m a big fan of servers checking in regularly, and I got that service here! The area includes a venue which can be used for events. Huge space! Would definitely come back!

The owner and his wife were really rude and condescending. The service overall was ok, but the number plates and food agreed on were wrong. Plates and seats were unaccounted for and we were charged extra for food we previously paid for. Also the refreshments we provided ourselves were taken by the event center. All in all, it isn’t a place I recommend people to rent from or buy from. They will agree on amount and blind side you with extra charges. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK. P.S. The contract is riddled with loopholes.

We had less 17 people then actually paid for, also I made sure to keep track of all the plates and trays being served. When I initially brought up these concerns, I was dismissed and spoken to like a child. Like I said before the drinks were completely provided by us (bought them from Costco earlier that day) were used for a bridal happening right after. This information was told me by the owners wife. All in all I wouldn’t give them business again not because it’s new, but for their overall attitude.

We had a bridal shower the service was great..food was great such a welcoming atmosphere. The owner Hussein, customer service skills are outstanding. It was a memorable night for all the guests 🙂
