Do not order orange beef – totally inedible. When I told waitress I couldn’t eat it because I couldn’t even cut it (over fried), she took my dsh & gave me the bill. Great customer service (not). Other items are usually good but I would not recommend this dish (or waitress). Paid for nothing

0 stars. The girl on the phone was beyond rude kept saying there was peanuts in everything including shrimp low Mien. I have worked and made low mien and there is no peanut or tree nut in it at all. Told them never mind due to them not knowing how their food is cooked got a phone call more then two hours later to pick up the food. When I said no why would we get the food if you said there is peanut or tree nut in it. Got a snotty remark saying not to order from there followed by name calling. Smh people are horrible with customer service these days it’s sad. So if you have any of these allergies be VERY CAUTIOUS it could land you in the hospital or dead from this place.

Grand Eastern used to be my go-to for Chinese in the area, but since they closed down, I’ve been going to Eastern Garden. Typical Chinese food, no more or no less. I did catch something in an order that I had a couple of weeks ago…..I called in a big order for lunch and when they rang me up, it seemed a little more than what I was thinking so I asked them about it. They pointed out that the sushi rolls 2 for $11.90 special is what they did and I accepted it. When I got home and started looking more into it, they have a 2 roll special for lunch BUT they also have a 3 roll special for $14 or so. 15 out of the 16 rolls were included in the special, so it should have been 5- 3 roll specials at the $14 instead of 7- 2 roll specials for $11.90. They also charged me a couple of dollars more on some of the rolls that fell under the special peice. They ended overcharging about $21 because of this. I will still go here, but I’ll be sure to look closer at the receipt from here on out.
