I have not had food from here and was looking for a new place to have lunch. I like to check reviews for places before I decide to eat there or not. I was all about giving them a try until I saw the way the owner responds to customers who are not 100% satisfied with their food and chose not to try it. I have worked in the food industry for many many years, and there is a right way and a wrong way to address those who are not satisfied with what they ordered, and the owner is not in the right with their comments at all. Comes off as being very rude and not appreciative, nor happy.

I decided to finally give this place a shot since I kept seeing it on my way home. I had The Happy Family dish since I like the combination of everything in the brown sauce. I thought it would be something safe for me. Let me tell you right now, it was one of the best Chinese dishes I have ever had. I will definitely be a return customer.

This place was was the BEST Chinese my family has ever had! Being my son’s from California & Chinese is one of our favorites, I think that says a lot! The food was hot & fresh! All the sauces were just perfection! My son wanted spicy & that’s what he got! I honestly don’t know how they have any bad reviews. They were also Extremely nice people! They weren’t aggressive like a lot of Chinese restaurants. All around Great people & Great food!! Stop in & try it out yourself! I know we’ll definitely be back!

Was in there tonight first time trying it and very happy we went there! It all looks very fresh and tastes very fresh. Best pork fried rice I’ve ever had, seasoned not dry! Service was impeccable she was funny, real, authentic!! Will definitely be back, thank you soo much!!

Okay, so I love Chinese food as much as the next person. However, the experience I had at Eastern Express was absolutely horrible. The general tsos chicken was nasty. Big chunks of pepper skins, now again I like mine spicy but that sauce literally look like applesauce. It was clumpy and tasted horrible. My wife got the walnut chicken. It literally was so sweet she was crunching on pieces of what looked like sugar. The rice was mushy and bland. I tried to call and ask for a refund and I was told…well it’s food and nobody wants your food, because I said I would bring the food back it was hardly touched. Egg rolls weren’t touched nothing. And who puts carrots inside crab Rangoon! All around terrible terrible experience. I will never get food at this place as long as I live. Please people if you don’t want to waste your money and get horrible food that I promise you won’t enjoy then by all means be my guest.
