My family has been coming here for many years. Their lobster roll is delicious! Expensive, but worth it. Also got the clam chowder and it was good, but was only semi warm. Still always recommend this place for seafood.

Have eaten here several times and always enjoy the outside dining and the location next to the canal. Usually we order the fish and chips or steamed clams which are always good. This visit I asked how large are the whole belly clams are which I always do before ordering. I was told by the cook that they were mid to large bellies. Turns out the fried clams were not only small but resembled clam strips and were expensive and the portion was small. I would not recommend their fried clams.

Scallops were amazing tonight. Everyone loved their haddock sandwiches. Very informative and nice lobster tank attendant explained all the lobster ins and outs to the kids. Beautiful breeze on the deck and plenty of room. Food was ready amazingly quick and delicious. We love this place, it is a hidden gem. Love that their coleslaw is not mayo based.

I wish I could give no stars this place or town is just out right racist I asked for a two way combo and the waiter had no idea what I asked for and double charged me and I had such a small portion of clams with no fries what I asked for was supposed to be $32 and I paid $27 for just clams nothing else I asked for fries and calamari and the manager had an attitude like I’ve ever been there before I never have and the waited is the one who didn’t insinuate what I asked for they made a mistake got mad and gave a first time customer and attitude a manager at that as I was still talking to her she walked away very sad pathetic town never again will I come here I had to leave and not even be able to sit and enjoy my dinner because of the sad excuse of a little manager do better but then again all you people love each other and hate people of color I don’t even think it was clams had so many parts you couldn’t even chew looked so gross

I had been on the Cape for a few days and was headed home and hadn’t had a chance to enjoy any fried clams during my trip so I planned on stopping at the East Wind on the Bourne bridge round about, well the place was closed , another favorite spot had become a victim of Covid and the labor shortage I assume! 🙁 I Found this “East Wind” Business near by so I tried it. What a disappointment!! The “whole belly” clams were basically clam strips, I barely got the taste of a juicy Cape Cod Clam at all. AND the “large” was barley a handful! Very disappointing! I’ll have to wait till next time to get my clams because what I had here may as well have been frozen strips from a super market!

I chose East Wind Lobster and Grill, a waterfront restaurant, after conducting an online search, in order to sample lobster. I chose a sizable fresh lobster from the restaurant’s lobster pool, which the kitchen steamed for me. The meat of that lobster was really wonderful and extremely fresh. The amount of lobster roe, which was the most I’d ever eaten in a lobster dish, astonished me. I also choose this restaurant because of the dining area along the water. I adore the seats by the water, where I can eat seafood and take in the scenery simultaneously.

Very disappointed. My grandson loves the fried clams at East Wind. We have been going there for years. Unfortunately, this time when he ordered the large $30 portion it came with only about 8 clams and a mountain of fries.I guess the difference between the regular order and the large is in the amount of fries you get. Don’t think we’ll be going back there.
