Asked for order in a take out plate & soup so that I could take the rest home. I was not really hungry but did want to eat. My order took forever & then sat at the desk. I was told that it would have to be paid for before I could get my food. Why did the waitress not tell me this when I ordered!

Been eating with this restaurant since around the mid eighties when they used to be across from the plaza where Mr Dee’s old Arcade used to be then next to the library always good food service has always been good and sometimes bad but that is anywhere and everywhere nowadays.

They have buffet and the food is really good. I would recommend this Restaurant if you’re looking for a Chinese Restaurant. It’s in Whiteville NC next to Walmart and it used to be Called The Golden Dragon but now it’s called East Wind, and the prices are good it’s not expensive plus all you can eat buffet.

This used to be a good place to eat. However since the new people have taken over the quality has taken a nose dive. Just got the eggfoo young all it is, is slaw mix, mixed with eggs and fried. I ended up throwing it away. Was ok at best. I will just go to the beach and eat from now on.
