They come to Scott AFB on Wednesdays….by far the BEST donuts I’ve had. The only donut place in this entire area worth going to. Super nice owners. If you want to support local and want the best donuts, this place is worth the trip. If you have access to base, they’re usually there on Wednesdays at the BX. I’m sure you could call and double check. Cherry fritter….perfection.

We stopped by here late on Sunday to grab some donuts for the week. When we initially walked in, we were sad to see there were only some glazed (and a few random ones) in the display window. However, the staff at the restaurant came out and offered to make specialized donuts for us as it was late in the morning and they had the time. They took 10 to 15 minutes to describe donuts to us, make recommendations, and talk to my wife and son in great depth. They seemed like fantastic people, and I wish them the best in this endeavour. They even gave us some free donut holes to share with neighbors since it was so late in the morning, so they made many people happy that day!

YUM!!!! First of all let me just say they are the nicest family/owners! They are so nice and have a big smile to greet you as soon as you walk in! Their donut breakfast sandwich was absolutely delicious! Fresh, warm and delicious donut with fresh eggs and your choice of meat. They have turkey sausage as an option too! Then….. the choices of donuts! Oh so good! I love an apple fritter and theirs is by far the best apple fritter I’ve ever had! Their apple strudel is absolutely stuffed with apples!!!! So many choices! Definitely go out and support this awesome and delicious location! You will not be disappointed!!!! We will go back again and again!

On the borderline of Caseyville and Collinsville, it is the best place for sugar in both cities. Best tasting donuts I’ve had locally. The apple fritter is spectacular, its massive, and beyond sweet. The 3-4 times Ive been inside it was empty with no line. Which is a real shame, because of how passionate I am for how amazing these donuts are.

I had to run an errand in Caseyville, IL this morning and decided to stop by @easttowndonuts … There was a steady flow of customers coming in and out as the gentleman at the counter greeted each person with a smile. As I was finishing up my order, the owner walked out with fresh maple bacon donuts. To my surprise, she is someone I know! She asked if it was my first time coming in, and it was….(First time customers get a free glazed donut). Normally, I go for the fancy/bougie donuts first, but today I was pleasantly humbled. The glazed donut was slightly warm, light and fluffy with a sweet and glossy glaze that was well balanced and didn’t have me wondering if I needed to have labs done later. (If that went over your head, ask someone older than hip hop). The large box was for friends and they really enjoyed them, some even asked for the address. I sampled a few from my small box and my favorites were: Glazed and Cinnamon Twist. I plan on warming the Glazed Croissant tomorrow for Breakfast. I’ve driven past this shop wanting to go in for years. Boy was I doing myself a disservice. I got there at 11:30 on a Sunday so I didn’t get first pick of donuts but literally everything I just got is super soft and delicious. I wish I had started coming here sooner. The man that sold us the donuts, I think is the owner and he was super nice too. 10/10 would recommend.
