Pretty good for airport food. HOWEVER. Pizza was not hot and there was a hefty extra charge for using a card. Service did not make the experience anymore satisfying or dissatisfying. Just off-putting. No trash cans nearby which is highly inconvenient. Saw ingredients laying out on the counter while the staff yapped. Just letting the air contaminate the food.

Luke warm pizza and a service charge for using a credit card. Pretty difficult to dig out cash in an airport.
In there defense, there is a 2×3” sign stating this. And a rip??? Please….

The employees were way tooooo busy talking to each other in Spanish and not paying attention to any customers. Placed my order at the kiosk, only person there, and it still took 4-5 min to get the pizza because no one even looked at the paper printing in the machine. The cheese pizza could have cooked and browned some! The crust is paper thin. There is little flavor. Definitely choose somewhere else to grab a bite when at the airport.

The pizza by the slice (supreme) was good, but to pay $6.79 for a small salad and have it be inedible is disappointing. I got the Greek salad. The lettuce underneath the toppings was slimy and brown. If you do eat here, stick to the pizza. I won’t eat here again.

East Side Pies pizza is pretty good thin pizza in Austin. The airport location is no different, but the prices are inflated because they’ve got to pay the inflated rent in an airport spot. The service is good, but I’ve only been there when it has not been busy, But five dollars for a bottle of water? That’s a little crazy.

Ordered 2 slices and a soda. Wasn’t expecting gourmet quality but expected better. The crust was so crunchy it sounded like I was eating Doritos, not good on a pizza! Cheese slice was blah; the pepperoni and sausage was ok after I loaded it up with crushed red peppers. Staff members were friendly and offered to help folks that didn’t want to order using the self ordering kiosks

Hands down the WORST pizza I’ve ever eaten that wasn’t a blue and red logo or bright orange logo. Pizza was thin, soggy, greasy, impossible to pick up and eat. So much grease! Bottom of pizza had what looked like a week’s worth of other pizza crumbs burnt into it. So bad. SO GREASY. Orders are placed at a kiosk and pizza is pre-made under a hot lamp, and they have the audacity to prompt for a tip during checkout. So floppy and greasy, you could probably run a car engine on all the grease puddled on, around, and below the pizza.

Rip off .. Not tasty, no garlic powder there to enhance flavorless pizza ! Even the cheese on the pizza was gross! I was hungry so at Point I would’ve even eaten a Point I would’ve even eaten a piece of paper with cheese on i! Which would have been better. And employees won’t talk to you it’s all self ordering – no where to sit! Not anything like NY pizza ! Skip this place

I am starting this review on a positive – great . We ordered a large pepperoni, and it was delicious.
My SO ordered, and his description for the service – “it was like I was inconveniencing them by ordering food.”
If the airport could add additional seating for food, that would be great! K, thanks!

Not a bad NY-style slice with pepperoni and sausage. Coming from Philly where great Italian food is around every corner, I’m biased, but this worked for a quick bite at the airport.
