During the meal, a flying ant hovered over our food and eventually landed on the edge of the plate…
After going to the Milton library on Sunday, I noticed this restaurant nearby and decided to give it a try for the first time. The male server who greeted us and led us to our table was very friendly and professional.
However, the waitress responsible for our table provided rather poor service.
First, she brought us the bill right after we finished eating, even before we had time to wipe our mouths.
Second, she didn’t ask whether I had a SCENE card, even though there was a poster about it at the entrance. I had to ask her myself whether points could be collected.
Third, our kid’s meal included a but she didn’t bring it to us. I had to ask her about it, and only then did she ask what flavor we wanted.
Lastly, after I paid, she turned and left without asking if I needed a receipt. Again, I had to take the initiative to ask, and only then did she give it to me.
I did leave a tip — 17% — but with service at this level, it was very disappointing.

Feb 14th visit was subpar. The hostess acted like she didn’t want to be there, no greeting or even a hello. We didn’t have timely service, a few servers telling us someone will be with us, leading to long wait times. My daughter’s child’s meal was hardly a serving: the picture is before she ate, she just mixed the sauce in. I have reached out through the feedback form with no answer from the restaurant. My family will find somewhere new to visit. It’s just very disappointing.

Excellent service by “Kind-hearted” Kyle! He is very proactive, very detailed oriented and makes customers feel special, right from
the cute way he presented the bread roll with the knife in the roll. The restaurant has summer specials like the chicken and shrimp scampi and the cotton candy cosmo spritz which are best sellers and worth a visit. The extraordinary service by Kyle was the highlight of the evening.

Came here on Sunday evening — the restaurant was packed, but we were lucky to be seated right away. The service was super fast, the food tasted great, and the prices were very reasonable. Definitely a great spot.

Our go to restaurant with kids. Who doesn’t like pasta! The Italian wedding soup and potato soup are our favourite starters and of course Caesar salad and garlic bread. This is the only restaurant where our kids will finish their plate. They love the Alfredo sauce. The pizzas are also delicious. Love the atmosphere and every server we’ve had has been awesome!

We’d wanted to go there for a long time but we often always left Milton to other Oakville Italian restaurants. This Valentine’s weekend, we didnt want to drive out too far, so we chose to dine here.
It was a wonderful decision! My small family loved it.
