From the moment we walked in, Sierha greeted us with a smile that lit up the entire restaurant. Her enthusiasm was contagious, and she created such a warm and inviting atmosphere. She was incredibly attentive throughout our meal, ensuring our drinks were always refilled, and the endless soup, salad, and bread were constantly replenished – a true Mario’s experience! The food itself was phenomenal. Each dish was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor, showcasing the quality of the ingredients. But what truly set this dining experience apart was Sierha’s exceptional service. She was genuinely passionate about her job, making us feel valued and well-cared for. Her recommendations were spot-on, and her friendly demeanor made us feel like we were dining with a friend. Sierha went above and beyond, and we can’t recommend her enough. She truly elevated our evening at East Side Mario’s, making it a memorable and delightful experience. Ask for Sierha – you won’t be disappointed! 10/10 – easily the best service we’ve ever received!

We had such an amazing experience at East Side Mario’s thanks to Abby! She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Abby was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask. She checked in at the perfect times, kept our drinks full, and made the whole meal feel relaxed and enjoyable.

The place is beautiful, the waitress is friendly but I’m so disappointed in some of the things I ordered. First of all for the seafood linguine there was no calamari and just 4 shrimps, yes I literally count them. Secondly my garlic Parmesan chicken wings did not come with any celery or dip and thirdly my mini dessert trio did not come with the chocolate cheese cake, I literally got two strawberries. I don’t know if they take us for a fool that we don’t know our food or if because we look Indian we’re from India and don’t know what we are being served. My bill came up to 164 bucks but my husband was so dissatisfied and disappointed he was literally upset and wanted to tell them off but I stopped him because being a Guyanese and having three beers I know what the outcome would have been so I had to send him outside before I pay the bill. I added pictures of what’s on there menu as advertised and what we have been served.

I’m not one to leave reviews or to easily accuse anyone of wrongdoing, but if your order arrived like this, you’d feel compelled to say something too. The fact that the pizza was sliced like this isn’t my concern, it’s the missing piece. I’ve seen situations like this before, and I’m not okay with it, especially when I paid $100 for an order to arrive this way. Unfortunately, moving forward, all orders will be placed without tips. To top it off, this was a pickup order and it was for my son’s birthday. Thanks.

My friend and I decided to try this location yesterday because it has been years since we have been to east side Mario’s. I can’t believe we have waited so long to be back because the food and service were amazing. Our server Mac was so friendly and helpful. We were indecisive on what to order and he helped us decide what entree to get (hell’s kitchen chicken) because it was his favourite and I can now definitely see why. Overall our experience with the restaurant and Mac were very pleasant and can’t wait to come back!!

She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, guided me effortlessly through my options, and helped me select the perfect meal. Throughout the evening, her attentiveness and warmth made me feel truly welcome, almost like I was at home.
Even if the food hadn’t been as great as it was, I would still rate this place highly because of the exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere. The staff clearly cares about their guests, and Renee G. went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable night.
I highly recommend Eastside Mario’s for the amazing food and its top-notch service and fantastic staff. I look forward to returning soon!

I just have to take a moment to talk about Leah, because she is truly one of the most amazing servers I’ve ever had.
From the second she came to our table, her energy was warm, genuine, and welcoming. She has this natural way of making you feel comfortable and valued like you’re not just another table, but actually someone she cares about taking care of. Her smile was real, her attitude was positive, and she carried herself with so much professionalism and kindness. She was attentive without hovering, quick without rushing us, and so patient especially during a special celebration. She made sure everything was perfect, double-checked our orders, kept drinks filled, and handled every request with such grace. You can tell she takes pride in what she does. What really stood out to me was her vibe. No attitude, no stress energy, no negativity just pure kindness and good energy the entire time. Even when things got busy, she stayed calm, composed, and focused. That kind of service is rare. Leah didn’t just serve us she elevated the whole experience. She’s the type of person who makes you want to come back simply because of how she treats you.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to Cambridge. I’m glad I came. I was able to be seated straight away. The food was great and my server, Brooklyn, was very friendly. I got the Garlic Chicken Alfredo and it was delicious. East Side’s knows how to make a good pasta. The oven baked bread was great as usual. And as usual, I ate too much. It was an enjoyable experience overall and I will come back her next time I’m in town.
