Five-star experience from start to finish. Our table was booked on time, the food was excellent, and the service and staff were outstanding.
It was our first visit, and our server was incredibly helpful—she took the time to explain all the dishes and gave us great insights. Even though we asked many questions, she treated us with the utmost patience, kindness, and a constant smile. Unfortunately, I forgot her name, but she truly made our experience special.
If you want the best experience on weekends, I highly recommend reserving your table in advance.

Visited Eastside Mario’s last night for dinner. Had a reservation for 5:30. We got seated at 5:40. Took a long time to have a drink order taken and food order. We received our salads and 1 member in our party waiting an extra 10 minutes for their soup… it was cold when it came. When we finally reviewed our dinner at 6:50 after waiting a long time my meal was very shy in food. My bowl was 1/3-1/2 empty compared to others in my party! I have 4 small pieces of chicken and 4 mushrooms! How very disappointing to pay what you do to hardly get a meal! Another person in my party had the same meal and had way more than me! I understand they were busy but that is no excuse to cut meals! They had people waiting for tables in a poor area, which felt as if they were watching you eat and breathing down your necks to hurry! Not an enjoyable time spent here for dinner! Very disappointing experience! It’s going to be a long time before I return!

This restaurant has been a favorite of mine since childhood. The service is consistently good, with our food always arriving within minutes of ordering and friendly staff. However, the quality has declined while prices have increased. At $25, the seafood linguine was disappointing, with only 6 mussels and 3 shrimp, no calamari and mostly noodles. The chicken linguine Amatriciana was tasty but also lacked protein for $24. Also, the soup and salad portions have noticeably decreased. Without a special, it no longer feels worth the price.

East Side Mario’s is a good spot overall. The all-you-can-eat soup and salad is honestly super great and definitely the highlight — fresh, filling, and worth it. The main food itself is good but not perfect; some dishes are better than others. That being said, the portions are solid and the vibe is nice for a casual meal. Overall, a good experience and I’d still come back, especially for the soup and salad.

Mia was a wonderful waitress. Quick service and always checking in to see if we needed anything else during our dinner. Food came out quickly and tasted good. Mia was polite and quick. She also told us about other deals throughout the week. Even better, kids eat free on Tuesdays! Will definitely be back

Had my food delivered and very disappointed yet again. Last time we ordered from them we didn’t receive an appetizer. This time my salad was all brown and tomatoes had turned. Not at all edible. I ordered the gigantico three cheese ravioli for 27.77$ and received only 4 ravioli. so 4 ravioli and bread for 27.77$.

The food was really delicious, it was fast and warm. We were in a table with cozy lights and our waitress was the best. Clara, our waitress was a so sweet and kind! She always asked us if we needed anything and also made us laugh, which made the experience even better.
