Very disappointed, why was my food delivered in no bag. In this cold weather this makes no sense. I have never seen a food delivery like this. If the instructions say to leave on table why wouldn’t you package the food to be outside for awhile. Also driver has access to open my food containers. My last delivery from you was in a bag, what changed????? If this is the service I will find a new place.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but the food was so bad this time that I had to. East Ridge Pizza used to be great before the new management took over, but the quality has gone completely downhill.
The garlic parm chicken had zero garlic flavor and was literally soupy, not even close to what it used to be. The pizza was just as disappointing. Way too many noodles and absolutely no flavor at all on a penne vodka pizza. Like how you mess that up. It tasted like no care was put into it. Straight from a jar.
This was honestly the worst experience I’ve had here, and I will not be returning. Very disappointed in how far this place has fallen.

Love this place ! Food is great and the prices are good. Also they make a specialty pizza called the “Tony’s Special”. It’s literally a Big Mac in pizza form !! If you like Big Mac’s then try it. Guaranteed you’ll love it and have your own new favorite specialty pizza .

A nice little place that’s under new management. Garlic knots were worth trying. The pizza wasn’t that bad. However, I would have liked to have seen a little more sauce and cheese. Delicious overall flavor. Just a few more ingredients to be added. I definitely would go back and try something else

Cheese Pie , no flop – sauce was sorta watered down- asked for well done it wasn’t crispy enough , think if it was crispy would’ve been awesome. Honestly one of the better pies in the area, definitely not a new yorker.
Entree’s
chicken parm – wife enjoyed it , one of the better chicken parm she has had only downside was the standard sauce (think its from the pizza sauce, pretty acidic) the chicken was perfectly seasoned! Pasta cooked perfectly!
Chicken Penne Vodka- the Vodka sauce is top tier! Your going to dream about the sauce, chicken again well seasoned, its not frozen chicken!
If your opting for a pasta dish , go Vodka Sauce you won’t regret it!
Overall great place, hidden gem!

These people are AWESOME!! Crazy story! I was taking me and my sons for a haircut right by East Ridge Pizzeria. I ran in to get my son a soda and myself a soup and a tres Leche cake because it was quick and I had my 16 year old son in the barber chair. It didn’t take long just longer than I thought so I had to go and I said don’t worry about the soup, I have to go. They tried to refund me, I refused because I had to go not their fault. I left and thought nothing of it. 5-6 minutes after I left and went to the barber shop to my shock and surprise they delivered my soup to the barber shop. I didn’t even realize I told them where I was going! They definitely went above and beyond. Super cool people and the food was amazing!
