So, I went there today with my 95 YO father. It took a bit to be seated after saying he’d be right with us. It wasn’t bad for me but my dad struggles to stand for long periods. A decent crowd for a wednesday around noon but only 2 people working there. And, not “busy” by any means. Two larger groups 6-8 and maybe 4 other tables. Service was ok seeing that there were only two wait staff. Food came out in decent time. My dad had the lunch special with green cheese enchilada. He said it was “ok”. I had two crispy chicken tacos. It came to me with beans only. I thought it was odd, mostly due to the big blank space on the plate, but no rice. Maybe I read the menu wrong and it only comes with beans. I didn’t ask, nor did I get another menu to check. Refried beans were good consistency but lacked flavor. Tacos also good consistency but lacked flavor/seasoning!! Had to ask for water for my dad a few times. Nothing to write home about. I hoped for better. But not bad! Oh, checked the web and yes, rice should have been on the plate. Need another person in front of house.

I ordered to-go from here last night, I ordered a la carte cheese enchilada, burritos bowl and quantities tacos. The food was good, not great- I spent $70 and they did not give me any utensils, napkins, extra salsas or side tortillas as I would expect. The service however was excellent and aside from the food not being terrible it was the only true redeemable quality. If I do go back it will be for dine in so I can hopefully get the full experience of what I pay for.

We were in Sacramento for a Comic Con, and after it was over, we were up for Mexican food so not knowing the area, we drove by here. It was such a pleasant experience, great atmosphere, excellent service and delicious food. We will definitely go here again when in the area. A+

Beware of food poisoning!!!
I used to eat here in the past quality has gone way down. My boyfriend ordered carne asada only to get this weird mystery meat that look like ground beef to which gave him food poisoning. The waiter was great just poor food.

Found a new spot to frequent. Excellent chicken enchiladas. I opted to go green sauce instead of red and it was the right choice.
My friend enjoyed her chicken tacos so much so that she refused to share. Lol. You can’t go wrong here.
We were riding bicycles nearby on the trail and this place was welcoming of us and allowed us to bring our bikes inside the restaurant for added safety.

Me and my friend went and had dinner for the first time here last night and the service was horrible along with the food, we found hair in our food, the rice was awful, the pinto beans were very dry, the food was warm not hot, not a good experience, will not be returning
