The waiter just drops dirty knives and forks on the table. Soup is cold and looks pretty messy as well. This place is going down hill pretty fast.

However, food is soooo good! Everything we tried, outside the soup was amazing. Especially the pork chops. Soft in the inside, crispy on the outside. Best thing here.

We were a party of 7 who dined here last night and couldn’t have felt more welcomed by the staff. The atmosphere in the place was positive and festive for lunar new year. Our table was great and the seating is very comfortable. However the food is the main star at East Pacific and after being open so many years it was great to see that the flavors, quality, freshness are still prioritized. The chefs clearly take a great deal of pride and thought in food presentation and East is a place where you can come to regularly because the menu is so diverse and caters to whatever mood you’re in. We ordered way too much food (the portions are BIG) in an effort to try many dishes and we universally agreed that all were delicious and nobody was disappointed. Must haves are the Honey Ribs and Crab Meat Money Bag appetizers, Chilean Sea Bass, Grand Marnier Shrimp, Sizzling Triple Delight and Pineapple chicken entrees. Oh and do not forget to order a cocktail! The group enjoyed the Mai Thai, Lichee martini and white sangria. The cost of such an extravagant meal was so reasonable we were convinced they made a mistake on the bill. Thank you so much to all the staff at East Pacific for such a wonderful experience.

East Pacific in the Staten Island Mall is a reliable Pan-Asian go-to! We dined in and got pad Thai (nice spice and noodles), sushi rolls (fresh fish, good variety), and some dim sum apps—food was tasty and portions generous, though nothing mind-blowing. Service was outstanding: staff super friendly, attentive, and quick with refills/recommendations. Atmosphere is typical mall spot—clean, casual, bright, but not super cozy or standout. Great for quick, flavorful Asian eats while shopping. Solid choice!

I absolutely love the crispy shrimp honey walnut chicken. It is always fresh and delicious. They always give you a great portion as well. I highly recommend it. It is one of the chefs specials. Amazing how I get it delivered and it’s still hot and crunchy.

My wife and I have been here at least a dozen times. But first time in the last year.
Big selection of Chinese cuisine from different regions. The use to have sushi, but they no longer do. Every time we go here there are always a lot of Asians dining here, so I feel that it must be pretty authentic.
We both had Tom Yom soup,
Edamame, spicy chicken dumplings, sizzling seafood , and clams in garlic and black bean sauce. It was all good. But the portion were small for the prices they charged you.

Best Chinese we had in Staten Island. Extremely attentive and friendly service. 3 dishes we ordered were nicely served with excellent taste. Restaurant was packed with people for Father’s Day.
Only thing that was a bit disappointed was the green tea cups had lipstick marks on them which they replaced with clean ones immediately.

My boyfriend’s family had been coming here for years before he took me here for a date. Now, it’s our special occasion dinner date! Last night we celebrated our anniversary with their delicious lemongrass pork chops. The portion of one dish is enough to feed us both for a wonderful price as well. I’m not a fan of pork chops, but East Pacific changed my mind because of the flavor. The quality of their food is unmatched. You HAVE to have a combo of the sauce, pork chop, white rice, and mango salad. The sauce is packed with flavor and the mango salad is refreshing. We also got an appetizer, the crab meat money bags as it’s called on the menu, and they are also carefully crafted with high quality flavor. Dinner is always a big hit and we can’t wait to go back. I’m excited to try their duck next time!

DO NOT go to this restaurant for any celebration EVER! My family and I made the reservation for my mother’s 62nd birthday last night. We ordered 10 lbs of King Crab along with 10 other dishes. First of all, the King Crab supposed to have in total 56 pieces of crab meat in shell, one king crab legs got divided into 7 little pieces, 8 legs X 7 pieces =56, as you can see in photo(that’s the photo I took right when they served, no one touched the plate yet), there isn’t close to 50 pieces, approximately 40 pieces I would say. I paid for my meals, was I not supposed to get what I paid for? If any of the kitchen staff they want a taste of King Crab, pay for it ON YOUR OWN, please! NOT stealing your customers food and make them your dinner, that’s unacceptable and rude. Second of all, Typhoon Shelter Crab( 2nd photo i posted), mostly all flour, barely any meat, I just want to say, did I pay for 10lbs of King Crab or 5lbs? Because i literally DID NOT get what I paid for and my family were still hungry from the $1000 meal last night. We celebrated our mother’s birthday once a year and King Crab was always in our list, last year, we went to a different restaurant in Brooklyn, we actually had tons of left over to bring home for next day, this year there wasn’t any leftovers, we barely have enough to split between 5 adults. Lastly, we also ordered Fried River Snails, as soon as they arrived on our dinner table, they smelled bad, real bad, so strong that after we complained and they brought them back to the kitchen that smell was still stayed on our table for few minutes long. I was very disappointed, I saw the decent reviews and thought it was only 10 mins away from our house, saved us some hassle, let’s try it. Instead, it was a horrible experience and a waste of money. Overall, I have to say, food was awful, the kitchen staff was/were a thief/ thieves, but our waiter was nice and it wasn’t his fault that their food wasn’t fresh and unreasonably, we still gave him 20% tip plus $40 tip extra, because we thought that’s fair.

Hope East Pacific will manage your restaurant better or you will lose more customers besides us, our friends and families!

Never a bad meal! Friendly and courteous staff. Very attentive and always coming around to check if everything is good. That is our go to for Chinese Cuisine. Everyone I recommend there is a return customer. Prices are very reasonable
And you can book large groups and parties as well.

The manager here is horrible! I ordered two soups to go in which specified had crab meat in them. When I got home, neither soup had any and when I called the restaurant they said “it’s because we were out”… that would’ve been nice to be told when I ordered verses just giving it to me without it that’s the main reason I got them. On the phone they offered me a refund if I came back in, fine. When I get there the manager was extremely nasty and has the nerve to say “ we don’t have crab meat anymore no one complains but you”… excuse me? THEN TAKE IT OFF THE MENU and stop charging people for it! Then proceeds to have an attitude saying “we’re busy” with 2 people in the whole restaurant… as if that even mattered. This place has really gone down hill over the years. I won’t be retuning
