Our subs were burnt literally so crunchy and hard you couldn’t even bite into them. Called the manager & he goes to tell me I should’ve just called instead of ordering online but I’m confused on what that has to do with burnt subs. Then said he will credit the account for a sub and asked me how much it was I said 7.49 he said well I can do 5.99 because that’s the price of the subs I said well why was I charged 7.49 for it he said maybe you added extra stuff. Ok so if I added extra stuff and paid the extra already these subs are horrible I should be credited the entire amount ! Wouldn’t recommend 0/10

We ordered pizza here and have had it many times. We got a crispy pizza that was so hard you could chip a tooth on it and we tried to exchange this pizza after we already drove there to exchange it for another pizza. No big deal right? Wrong George the manager said that it was fine and then proceeded to charge us again over the phone. This pizza is so thin and so hard my dog couldn’t chew it. It’s not like we ate half of the pizza either we had the whole pizza together. Apparently the general manager Jake is never available either and doesn’t have an email either. Go to your local pizza shop. This pizza shop is run by clowns

Now, before you go and say that it sounds disgusting, remember that it’s as easy as it sounds, the dread from the pizza, peanut butter, and strawberry jelly baked to perfection.

My family and I ordered a taco pizza with cinnapops and got food poisoning! We were severely sick!! I suggest finding some where else to eat! Adding reply to management This is not SLANDER! WE WENT TO THE HOSPITAL AND THEY SAID WE HAD NOROVIRUS WHICH IS CAUSED FROM CONTAMINATED LEAFY GREENS OR A STRAND OF SALMONELLA BACTERIA FROM CONTAMINATED FOOD OR WATER!!! WHOEVER DID YOUR INSPECTION PROBABLY NEEDS FIRED!!! We ate Taco pizza, makes sense does it not!? Instead of lashing out at customers MAYBE you should use that energy to look into the situation…. This company would not honor the coupon that was non expired. Also my pizza order was banana peppers, pepperoni and beef toppings.I Only had 3 or 4 banana peppers given in the entire pizza and a few pebbles of beef. This company should treat people better. I called same day and told restaurant supervisor about my experience, she said; ‘call back tomorrow’. It’s so hard to buy food because of inflation. When you save your money to have a good meal it’s horrible. I probably won’t get another chance to treat myself until next month. I pick the wrong pizza restaurant I regret my choice.

To walk in a see staff with dirty hands and blowing vapes walking around is really nasty I will never come back here ever. Staff looking dirty no proper sanitation eat at your own risk ⛔️ I walked in a left right back out after seeing an employee with dirty ungloved hands handling the food!!!

The driver was fantastic considering he was the ONLY driver. If I had known that? I would have picked up my pizza. The food was delicious. When I called asking about why it was taking so long? The girl on the phone was very nonchalant. It didn’t make a difference to her. That’s sad. I’m not ordering delivery again…if I decide to even order again.
