Hours said they were open and their system allowed us to order. 30 minutes past delivery time later still no food and no one picking up the phones after multiple calls and over ten minutes waiting. Will probably never order from this establishment again

Order online and delivery. First thing the delivery guy asked was how much change do I owe you? He should have known 10. He gave me $5 as change and left. I called the store and complained also I told them I left him a tip on line. The store said they would send the 5 back it’s been 3 hours I have yet to see it and I never will get my 5 back. Also do not appreciate having a delivery guy handing out cards saying to find Jesus. East of Chicago is a scam

Ordered 2 sub sandwiches, neither had the cheese the menu said they would come with, the meat was scarce and the steak sandwich did not have the green peppers or onions it was supposed to. I called and all they said was we’re sorry we must not have paid attention. Don’t bother with this place for sandwiches.

Awful service! I had some friends that were in town from Alabama and brought them to this restaurant. I bragged about how good it was and everything before we got there. Upon entering, we were not met by a waitress… we stood there a minute then just sat ourselves. We came for the dinner buffet, which is open til 8pm. While getting our plates, this worker said that the salad bar was closed and she said “i guess you guys can just have the buffet leftovers.” I asked what time the bar n buffet closed, she said 8pm. It was 7:45pm. We were already seated and started eating by the time the waitress came out to ask what beverages wed like. Kids these days are taught no common courtesy or people skills. Horrible!

We ordered a taco pizza tonight which is my FAVORITE…usually. The pizza we received had such a thick and chewy crust that was not even cut…there was also way more crust than toppings – the toppings started about half way into the crust. Extremely disappointed and a complete waste of money as it was not even good enough to eat.
