…UNFORTUNATELY they are not and haven’t been for many months now. I order the exact same roughly 90% of the time. 2 12in steak subs with extra meat(2×meat), with mushrooms and green peppers, no lettuce, no dressing, no tomatoes… in my photo is a comparison of yesterday’s and today’s order of the exact same sandwich set up. As you can see, clearly one has extra meat and the other does not. Hell the one doesn’t even have regular on it let alone double. They do this ALL THE TIME…their food literally changes shift to shift and we get magically different excuses each time we brought it up…
When this 1st started we’d get the excuse they were out of meat, but after talking with the manager he said he knew that employee was lying to customers so he wouldn’t have to thaw out more meat and that he warned him to stop…but it continued. So we stopped ordering for a while. And now. Now it’s just terrible inconsistency with the amount they use of ingredients…we pay for double meat, we should get double meat! Not a regular amount, not 1.5x meat….but double!…. and yes, they often will use 3 packets and not 4 on two subs…thinking their all slick doing this… the owner flat out told me what the correct amount should be on double meat yet they clearly don’t give a crap and think their pulling a fast one on their customers.
**update. Ordered again yesterday for the 1st time in a few months. I guess they have new ownership from what I heard. Service and delivery were super fast!!! …BUT…I ordered extra meat as usual and was left disappointed. Either they lessened the standard amount of meat per steaksub or only used slightly more meat then normal. Either way I don’t feel I’m getting what I paid for anymore. It wasn’t a year ago when I could order extra ingredients and WOW, boy did I get them, but now it seems you gotta order “extra” ingredients to get a halfway decent sub/pizza these days because their base level/amount of ingredients are chincy at best.
Either management should give full disclosure stating pricing going up and ingredients going down or that they just don’t care about serving quality anymore
After reading some reviews. I will say I always pick up my pizza. And I always order on the phone. Online says pick up is always like 45 minutes out when calling they say 20 minutes. I also get a better deal calling them online. Never had issues.
