Great food, better service. To preface, I don’t normally write reviews for restaurants, except when they are especially deserving. My girlfriend and I’s dinner at East Moon was one such deserving experience. Eileen was an excellent waitress, genuinely caring about her customers in a way that was refreshing to see. Sushi was fantastic, relatively speaking. It is “good” sushi compared to the kind you find near the coast, but it is fantastic by Colorado standards.
