My wife and I own a local business and eat here often when we are in town. We have great food every single time. Sandwiches are awesome. The staff is phenomenal. We have sadly seen on more than one occasion the manager is often rude or disrespectful to the employees so much so that ive gotten visibly frustrated. Aside from that the service atmosphere and food are phenominal.

Awesome place. Quick, decently priced, and the employees make you feel like family. Sandra welcomed us in with a warm greeting, checked on us multiple times to ensure we were satisfied, and we will make this a regular stop because of people like her. Step inside and feel the love, then taste the goodness.

My husband and I have been coming here when going to the jeweler across the street and the food is always incredible! Today, Sandra took such great care of us and was so kind. Loved her service! Had the cheesesteak, it was delicious. Can’t wait to come back

Such a cute sandwich shop with great food. We loved the cheesesteak and the Italian. The black and white cookies are incredible…you must try them! They also have great hamburgers, salads, and fresh flavored lemonades. Oh, and the sweet potato fries are also incredible

Was in the area and just needed some lunch – glad I picked this place.
I was given a warm “welcome back” by two employees as I walked in the door – I’ve never been here before, but they clearly want you to feel like you’re a regular. The gentleman working the register was engaging and had a smile on his face the whole time. He chatted up the regulars who have actually been there before.

I had the Cuban sandwich and sea salt fries and the Meyer lemonade. All were delicious.
Their menu board says they bake their bread daily and you can tell. The sandwich roll was soft and flavorful. The meat and cheese in the sandwich were flavorful, just what I want from a good Cuban sandwich. They deviate from “traditional” by using spicy pickles and a citrus mojo sauce instead of yellow mustard – traditionalists, you’ve been warned. The sandwich was tasty.

The fries were thin and crispy and just the right amount of salt (bordering on too salty, which is perfect for me).

The Meyer lemonade was great as well. They had a strawberry variety and a cucumber watermelon that I didn’t try.

I would say “it was a little pricey”, but everything is more expensive than it needs to be these days, and it’s walking distance from SMU – if you’re regularly eating in this part of town, you probably won’t mind the prices anyway.

Edit: I went back for dinner and had one of the lobster rolls. It was very, very good. It had lots of lobster and wasn’t overly dressed with other flavors.
I had the strawberry lemonade and a bit of the cucumber watermelon and both were great – better than the lemonade.

To the manager who was working there in the evening, I’d like you to know a couple of things:
1) the young man working the register was as energetic at lunchtime as he was at dinner. He was one of the reasons I decided to come back for dinner.
2) you seemed to be losing your patience with him and it showed in the way you talked to him. I know it’s unfair to tell you how to do your job after only eating in your restaurant twice, but I want you to know that I came back to your restaurant in part because of that same young man you were losing patience with, who was trying to be helpful and concerned about his dinner break. I hope you’ll continue to extend patience to him.

East Hampton Sandwich Co was really good. I ordered the Fried Chicken Jack and the Green Goddess, and both sandwiches were good. The potato salad was also surprisingly great. And shoutout to Sandra for her amazing customer service she was genuinely helpful and kind. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I went to this Highland Park location for the first time because it was close to me, but never again. I went to wash my hands before ordering, the bathroom was Filthy, there was neither soap or paper towels available. The enter place looked grungy, so I left.

My regular go to location is on Oak Lawn. Beautiful store and people.
