**Update 2/3/24: We Called In An Order Tonight and Picked It Up. They Charged a 18% Service Charge and a Take Out Fee. We Spent Less When We Dined In On Christmas! We Don’t Mind Tipping. But You Basically Just Forced It, and All We Did Was Call In Our Order To Go & Was Charged Extra Fees! I Even Attached The Picture Of The Receipt! Don’t Get Me Wrong The Food Is Great. But The Extra Service Charge and Take Out Fee Is Just Ridiculous.

Our First Experience Was Yesterday On Christmas! Never Have I Ever Been The Type To Go Out To Eat On Christmas, It’s Always Been a Tradition To Eat At Home. But This Year Things Were Different. Nevertheless, My Family And I Enjoyed Our Host, The Other Workers, The Atmosphere, The Food, and The Price! I Do Not Remember Our Waitress Name, But She Was Extremely Nice and My Daughter Really Enjoyed Her, But I Hope She Serves Is Next Time. We Will Definitely Be Back. Thank You all Again For A Great Experience and For Being Open On Christmas. Because You All Deserve To Be Home With Your Families Also, But Instead You All Were Serving Us And I Appreciate That. You Got Yourselves Some New Faithful Customers. This Is Definitely a Christmas We Will Never Forget, Especially For Our 6 Year Old Daughter.

Great place service was fine. Food was good and then we got the bill. The gratuity was included on the bill at 18% as well as a Food Tax. We asked our waitress about the charges and she rudely said it was on the menu. Another waitress had a much better attitude and explained to us as we were just visiting Bartlett. We had a good meal and talked about coming back as we were staying in a motel just down the street, but we won’t be back and advise anyone not to go there. Rudeness from a server is never acceptable.

Tried for the 1st time. Never again. I had a patty melt that yes they said would be well done….it was burnt and so dried out..maybe a tsp. of grilled onions if that not sure cuz i couldn’t taste any. side dish was potato skins…omg could they have cooked them any more. Were so hard and again to the point of being burned…cheese gone.
approx $50. For an uber. Live and learn.
(Not ubers fault)

Food was so so. Fries tasted like they were cooked in old grease. Cheese balls weren’t hot. I can see why they were not crowded. In small print at bottom of the menu it says there is an 18 percent service fee attached to your bill not including tip. I found it as trickery. I won’t fall for that one twice because I will not ever go back. Used to be a happening place with good food and service. Now the bill keeps going up and the food and service goes down. Hope this helps the next guest.

Needed a quick bit for dinner and saw it wasn’t too busy. Crayfish dip was amazing, followed by the fish tacos and signature burger, which were equally delicious. Lastly, Melissa never let my beer get empty or hubby’s coke get empty. I saw her interactions with several tables, and she never missed and had a welcoming, easy manner. We will definitely be back.

No fries with our order that came with fries. The burger I had was good. My daughters red beans were good. You really can’t miss with fried seafood which my husband had. My sons burger was ok.

This place is so disgusting, so dirty. We waited on our food for 50 minutes only to get our food cold . The waitress was texting on her phone when I told her we were ready to go so I had to flag her down to take our cards to pay. Do not waste your money here. We will not be back !!!!!! You are automatically a gratuity regardless on how much you spend, you can’t put your tip on the bill , they put it in even if they give bad service

Ti’s the Season(ing).
Most elements of want have subjective notions. What some may think of as “too” much is just TO them what was overpaid, or undercooked or….
If an eatery has been in business for any amount of time past a quad of years – apparently someone likes to eat there… it just might not be me.
That being said > Most processed foods are equipped with built in seasonings. So – East End… Tortilla chips come to us already with enough salt in/on them to satisfy that section of the tongue (no?). Why add MORE actual salt to them????
And the Buffalo chkn dip – with already sodium filled hot sauce type… ANDDDDD the Mexican pizza with all the cheeses and beef (stop).
Cooking like many things should evolve in some way, it is art. No, one size does not fit all, and every dish does not apply to every mouth, but dang East End!
The meal was visually appealing, had the right idea, was suitable as is. Americana food should maybe not overpower the taste buds (should it?)
The East End food dishes were well thought out, but, winter spring fall and summer do not need a 5th element of season created to get through a meal .
Sometimes simple seasoning is enough.

My friend and I decided to tried East End Grill on March 11th, 2024. When we walked in the server told us to sit anywhere we like. Once we sit down there was a strange smell just for a moment. When we was waiting for our food my friend noticed something in the salt. We saw this yellow maybe worm looking thing, so we didn’t use the salt. When our food arrived we kinda forgot about the salt situation. I got the Chicken Breakfast Club and my friend got the Chicken and Fresh Mozzarella with Linguine. She likes the linguine, but there was some burnt part of the chicken. I really like the Chicken Breakfast Club the bacon, fried egg, and cheese with the perfectly seasoned chicken blend so well together. The fries was also okay.
