Normally, I’d give at least 4 stars – when I go to this restaurant in person.
However, I ordered from this establishment via door dash – and paid $4.39 for a side of waffle fries – which is average these days – except, I’m literally counting *ten* fries and some crumbs. Are you kidding me…?
The wings… used to actually have sauce on them. Now, they’re barely coated.
The last time I ordered, I paid extra for the wings to be more saucy…. They were just as dry.
If anyone actually wants their wings to be saucy, I recommend ordering the extra sauce as a separate side… but expect to be given a completely different sauce than what you ordered. I received a sauce that wasn’t even close – and yes, I double checked the order.
If this were just a one time occurrence, I wouldn’t have posted a “dissatisfied customer” review. But skimping on the sauce thing has been a consistent thing the last several times I’ve ordered something and had it delivered.
Improve, and I’ll update this review and change the rating.

Heard a lot of hype about this place.
Fell way short.
Upon entry, the place was super smoky. Place was empty.
Waitress immediately asked for our order. First time, asked for a few minutes. Disappeared for a long time.
Finally waved her down. Think she was new (didn’t know much about menu). All good. She will improve.
The food was an embarrassment. The philly steak in the menu looked like heaps of appetizing sliced beef, and what came out looked like they took that beef and put it in a blender and forgot to put half back on to the low quality off the shelf bun. It had a grainy mouthfeel to it.
The sweet potato fries were the worst I’ve had anywhere in Florence. They were greasy with no crisp and doused in too much cinnamon.
By the end of lunch wasn’t sure if my eyes were tearing up from the smoke or the terrible value as I looked at the bill.

It was very clean and the service was great. They had a big selection on food and a bunch of different wing flavors! The food was delicious! I definitely recommend trying this place out you will not be disappointed.

The place was immaculate when we arrived, we were greeted right away, Taylor our server and bartender was amazing, and the food was so good. Definitely glad we happen to pass by and see the place! 10/10 I completely recommend and will be back!

This place was such an Amazing experience. Food and Service was a 10/10. Our server Catie was such a big help as first timers here, and even suggested this amazing Cowboy Burger that was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back !

During our visit, the establishment was clean, we were seated right away (party of two), the server provided quick and efficient service and was very patient while we chose wing flavors. We did get the buffalo shrimp as an appetizer in the grilled mild Cajun flavor which was delicious and comes served with bread!!!! For an entree I chose the honey BBQ chicken sandwich (fried) with no lettuce or tomatoes with a side of fries and ranch which was also delicious! We also ordered a 5 ct of boneless wings in the flavor of 1 heat index, virgin Caribbean, and if you’re a Ranch lover these are so good with ranch!!!! My boyfriend had the lemon pepper bone-in wings which were pretty good and then we had carnival fries which were okay. Overall, 10/10 would recommend!

10/10!!!! Everyone was amazing! The wings were impeccable, the drinks were delightful, the service was awesome! Grace and Pansi made me feel entirely at home and very much comfortable, they stayed to talk and check on me many times. My main server though was Grace and she’s just the sweetest person ever! Will be coming back and anyone reading this should check it out or go back as well! The host was super helpful and duper nice.
