The. Hefner to be tied down and a cook spoon of salt placed in his mouth so that he can understand the use of SALT in seasoning. The Philly Cheesesteak was HORRIBLE! A complete waste of our money. I had to come back and take additional blood pressure medicine because the salt was unreasonably excessive. The wings were good but I had to return the first chips because all I tasted was SALT.
The main dish… our favorite Philly cheesesteak was excessively SALTY.
Seasoning should enhance food, not overpower it. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I will not be returning. I still taste salt in my mouth..

I come here often, and I always get the boneless wings. But NEVER have I gotten “wings” like this. These are literally just frozen chicken nuggets like I would buy across the street at Walmart. They also taste like it too. The portion size is also unfair as well. Because these “wings” are so small, I was able to finish them in only one bite each. They are nearly half the size of the old wings. When we asked our server what was going on, she explained that the old wings were not selling and customers often complained about them, so they bought a new kind of “wings” in hopes of selling more. This is sad because Wingstop is right across the street, and it looks like I’ll just be going there next time I want wings. ♀️

Start with the good… The food was good and cooked properly. We had a party of 6 and we always tip the 20% regardless of how many we have which gave the server more than the amount of any single one of our meals… That’s a good tip and happens at the end. We still tipped the same even though I was less than impressed with the service. The server came over to take our orders and it was obvious with body language that she was irritated that they’re were as many of us as there was and not everyone was 100% sure of exactly what they wanted. Asking questions as they were deciding. Once the order was submitted, she came back without some of the sauces we asked for… No issue, but the irritation in her look and voice was stressing me out considering I’ve made a career out of good customer service. Her irritation showed the entire visit including asking for to go boxes which she insisted to know how many we needed when most of us were not done eating… Party of 6, where do you put extra to go boxes?! When the food was brought out, the man that brought it stood at one of the short sides of the table and had to reach over everyone to hand them their plates rather than walking around to get the plate to where it belonged. I know I was hungry but this service only succeeded in making me uptight inside. I wish customer service was better as I liked the food but may never come back.

Ordered wings for pick up. I already knew it was gonna be disappointed when I see in the bag, the whole bottom of the bag had all the sauce in it. I shouldn’t even had to ask for them to replace it so I didn’t bother cause I already knew it was gonna be something disappointing they shouldn’t of even sat a bag out there so disgusting but that’s customer service of 2025 . Got home and opened it, hoping there would be some sauce on the wings as I imagine dry as you know what . All it comes down to is people being lazy because they know they would not serve that to themselves

I love this place. Food is always good. We love the wing special. I would say service isn’t always kind or fast, but food is always fresh and hot. They have an issue with giving you the proper amount of ranch and blue cheese with your wings. One cup of each BC or ranch isn’t enough for 30 wings. You need to give at least 2 cups per 15 wings.

Pictured is our order which consisted of: Buffalo Chicken Dip, Honey Garlic Boneless Wings, Bacon Ranch Boneless Wings, Onion Rings and Sweet Potato Fries w/ Cinnamon Honey Dip.
Buffalo Chicken Dip was good. Chips had were made in house, sprinkled with a seasoning that you could see and taste. The dip served in a cast iron pan was creamy, cheesy and delicious. Only small complaint was I found it hard to find or even taste chicken. The spice from the seeds of peppers could have masked it but maybe more chicken or just bigger chicken pieces would have been nice.
Boneless wings were BIG, fresh and a nice initial bite. Sauce was plentiful, plenty of blue cheese for dipping. The honey garlic had a hint of a familiar asian flavor we have had before and the bacon ranch had a nice crunch and saltiness to it.
Onion rings were large, crispy and had thick onion rings dipped in a nice batter. The sweet potato fries were sprinkled with cinnamon, crispy and served with a delicious dipping sauce the waitress told us consisted of a sour cream base, cinnamon and honey.
Service was great. Drink refills were brought without asking, napkins and utensils were at the ready, table and establishment was clean and a overall great experience for our first time. Manager And/Or Owner came around to the tables to make sure everyone was enjoying everything. Wish I could remember our waitresses name so she could get recognition. I want to say it was Jessica but I cannot be 100% certain. We dined between 5-6pm today (07/07/2023)

We were really excited to move so close to an ECW but unfortunately our takeout experience was less than pleasant.
We originally tried to order online but it kept rejecting it, so we screenshot the order and called it in to make sure things were clear.
The wings were dry when we asked for them to be 12mild/ 13medium with an added flavor. But we did not pick the dry rub so we thought they would be saucy to some extent but unfortunately they were very dry without much flavor at all.
For almost $5 the side of waffle fries were disappointing, not only soggy but also mostly terrible cuts.
The portion of fried pickles was depressing and also soggy but edible.
I did not get a photo of our Buffalo chicken wrap but it had no Buffalo sauce at all on it.
The only item I personally enjoyed were the lettuce wraps, the veggies hadn’t been cooked enough so that part was a bit strange but they were ok but not as half as amazing I’ve had at other locations.
We will try to dine in some time but ordering take out will not be something we do in the future. Seems that things are not quality checked or care about for pickup.

I go to this restaurant with my friends at least once every couple of weeks. Every time I go, the food is always good. It doesn’t matter what I get; the quality is always great! Their wings, tenders, burgers, and pretzel bites are some of my personal favorites, and I don’t think I have ever had a bad experience with any of them. East Coast Wings delivers a consistently good dining experience. The only small problem I have is the parking, but that really can’t be helped. The lot is just a bit too small.
