First off the wait staff is very friendly and did a good job. The food however is another story. The fries were soggy with oil and tasted old. The wings were far below my expectations for a wing place. The wings are small and the flavor is just not there. I got wings from up north pizza and they were way way better, bigger and the price waa much better. Not the first time this place has disappointed but figured id give them another shot, never again. This place is just not good.

Edit: i fed the fries to my dog, she didnt mind but she will eat anything

Another flipping sports bar with floors slippery as ice i ordered boneless chicken wings and got McNuggets…didn’t look like wings that had been de boned and was breast meat I’m sure and their home made chips were good but we not drained long enough so we wet and soggy..having to watch sports of some kind on every screen is torture

Great wings. Takeout fries were soggy on arrival home (15 minutes). Don’t use the apps to order, just call. Great friendly service and quick turn around on my order. Again, we keep coming back for the wings. They have SO many flavors and none of them bad.

This place has good food and friendliness! Unfortunately the energy in here and the atmosphere is terrible..you can hear employees talking about their coworkers in any shape or form from their station, if ur gonna do that at least go where we can’t hear it!!!

The food and service were very good. But the cleaning product that they use which smells like fabuloso emanates through the entire restaurant and from the table surface, leaving me with a headache. This Very chemically smell makes the dining experience unbearable honestly. I will not eat in the dining room again. If you’re sensitive to strong smells, you may not want to eat here. The staff walks around with spray bottles filled with purple liquid cleaning all the surfaces with it and it’s just too much!!

I hadn’t been to East Coast in a while and decided to go there. The fries we ordered as an appetizer were great. However, the Mac n cheese was terrible. It had such a weird after taste, but I’m assuming that’s from the pre-made bright orange sauce that had no actual cheese taste to it. Not to mention, I went shopping right after and about 30 minutes into the shopping. I was rushing to the restroom and struggling for my life.

What a great gem. Stopped here while visiting. We all got burgers, awesome smash type burgers. The server we had was exceptional! When you go, sit in Gages area, he will not disappoint. The man’s from Waco, TX and needs the money for the new Baby so leave a great TIP!

First time at this spot. Although they advertise the wings as “America’s Best”, I opted for a burger. I was NOT disappointed! I chose the Mac n’ Cheese burger and it was fantastic! Cooked to perfection, hot and juicy and just messy enough to have the juices running down your hands and go through a stack of napkins.
My mom got the Chicken Mac n’ Cheese skillet and that too came out bubbling hot. I didn’t try it but my mom wasted no time jumping right in.
Server was friendly and attentive and food came out super fast. Definitely worth another visit to try other things on the menu…and also those wings!

The wings were delicious, many different flavors to choose from and each level has a variety of heat to choose from. So many more flavors than BWW! The fried pickles were really good and not a salty greasy mess like other places. I’m coming back for sure, that Mac and cheese brisket looks amazing.

Couple of days later:
I came back and had some more fried pickles and they were awesome. That Mac and cheese brisket looked so good on the menu that I just had to order it this time. I really wish I hadn’t. The thing that was brought to my table was a pale yellow, runny, single layer of noodles with some pretty decent shredded brisket piled in the middle and a BBQ sauce drizzle. I’m mainly upset at the difference from the photo in the menu too what was brought to my table. Attached is a menu photo and mine for comparison. This was a disappointing visit. My friends fries and our fried pickles were truly tasty though.

The service was good. The food was good. The unfortunate part is our party of 4 saw a cockroach crawling on the bench seat behind our heads!! We tried to kill it with a paper towel, but it got away. We informed our waitress, “Kyndra.” She immediately informed the management. I was surprised to be informed that management was “too busy” to come address the issue. We appreciated Kyndra’s concern, and she truly attempted to solve our issues. However, I feel it was management’s responsibility to address our concerns. I could have stood up in the restaurant and informed all the customers, and I’m sure that would have helped management find the time to not be ” too busy.” We didn’t intend to make a scene, we simply wanted to inform management directly that they may need to inform their pest control service that they needed to be aware of the roaches. Since there was not enough concern from management that night to address us directly, I thought I would publicly let them know of our concern. My next call on Monday will be to the health department, and hopefully, they can find a way to obtain management’s attention to the unsanitary roaches crawling on the booth. For reference, our party of four was seated in the booth to the right of the entrance on the back wall directly beside where the servers prepared water, tea, and soft drinks. I would normally address situations like this with management in person, but since they were simply too busy, I feel I need to share publicly for information purposes. They did reduce our bill by 50% in an attempt to make us happy even though we did NOT request that. I personally would rather pay my bill of over a hundred dollars and help the business pay to remove the roaches!!!! They reduced my bill by 50%, but the roaches are still there!!! How does this management decision help local small businesses???
