Based on this experience, I’ll definitely be coming back to try their food for myself. If you’re looking for great customer service and a restaurant that values its patrons, I highly recommend checking out this location. It left a great first impression, and I’m looking forward to dining in soon!
Our servers explained everything to us from how the burgers are made fresh, not frozen from how each sauce is personally made each day. Everything was absolutely Delicious!!!!
IF YOU DON’T TRY THIS PLACE. YOU ARE COMPLETELY MISSING OUT, DAY OR NIGHT. THE ATMOSPHERE IS AMAZING. CHECK THEM OUT PERFECT FOR ALL AGES. THIS FOOD IS AMAZING. THE SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING!!
We will be back, all the way from Lexington. ❤️
I came into this establishment today as a delivery driver, simply waiting for a customer’s order. I stood and after that I sat down awhile because I was waiting 10-15 minutes after arriving. When I sat down quietly and was on my phone—on speaker, but not loud or anything out of means of disrespect and also I am professional so I would never do any disturbance of purpose. Also, no one was in the establishment beside me, the waitress, and the manager/owner. I was not loud talking, just passing the time.
When I went to pick up the order (which was kindly handed to me by a helpful young lady), a man—possibly the owner or manager—suddenly and rudely said, “Next time you come in here, don’t have your phone loud.” This was surprising because no one had previously asked me to lower my voice or said there was an issue.
I responded politely, but his attitude worsened. When I calmly pointed out there was no need to be rude, he became even more dismissive and used profanity in front of staff. I even asked for his name to make a formal complaint, but he prevented the employee from giving it to me.
I was shocked by the disrespect. Whether I’m a customer or a delivery driver, I still deserve basic human decency. The way this man handled the situation was completely unnecessary and unprofessional.
I won’t be returning, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who values respect. We’re all out here trying to work. A little kindness goes a long way.
On my most recent visit, I called in my order as usual and decided i wanted to dine in when i got there. I asked for a cup of water, which has never been an issue in the past. However, this time the woman at the counter visibly got irritated, sighed and somewhat smacked her teeth before grabbing a cup and going to fill it up herself to hand it to me. I found that reaction unnecessary and unprofessional, especially over something as simple as water. Others times i have been the other staff have handed me the cup to do myself.
I sat in the back which is near the drink machine to eat, and not long after, the same woman came and sat near the drink machine which seemed like it was to monitor me, as if she suspected I’d use the cup for soda?? I’ve always just gotten water. If i wanted soda i would’ve just added on a drink. So the whole situation made me feel uncomfortable and unfairly singled out.
As I was leaving, I went to refill my water and another customer was also trying to get a drink. To our surprise, the woman had already came over, turned off the drink machine, and locked it with a key before walking away. I wasn’t going to leave a review but that moment really stuck with me. It felt excessive and almost targeted. I genuinely felt profiled, which was disheartening, especially considering how often I’ve come to eat at this place.
The food is still great, but the experience leaves a bad taste. Respect goes a long way, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously because loyal customers deserve better than that bs.
