My husband and I used to eat here regularly. He ordered chicken fingers and hot chips, when we got home, his hot chips were on the bottom of the chicken. They were greasy and floppy and he couldn’t enjoy his meal. He called the manager and all he can do is replace the chips, never mind about the meal that was ruined. Customer service was very bad when I picked the food up. We will never eat there again!

I was in the mood for a Buffalo Chicken Wrap so I decided to try Eat Coast Wings. This was a wrong decision…the food was cold after being told it would be ready in 10 minutes. The chicken was dry, like it had been fried twice.
Staff were friendly and the place was clean.
The “chips” were either overcooked or undercooked. There was no in between.
The best part was the ranch dip.

The waitress seemed to have a mood. She was the only one waiting tables. She smiled and talked to most of the others. I think Because my daughter asked to get something else when her food was dry, made the difference. And the baby’s Mac and cheese was dry also. It is a small restaurant, maybe 15-20 tables, but they were all dirty, It didn’t help that I asked her to please wipe our table. And the high chair was dirty. We used wipes to clean it. Come to find out she was the owner who just bought another store and stressing over the cost.

Been going here for 4-5 years. We stopped in and got our usual to-go order and the cashier / sever was extremely rude and cursed at me several times over a ranch sauce I was trying to purchase from her. She has seen us many times in the past and always been fine however I will Refuse to come back to this location. Very Poor Customer service.
My suggestion would be to eat somewhere that appreciates their consumers.
