Got a pepperoni pizza to bring for a friend. Pizza crust was burnt. the burnt smell was pretty bad/strong, it lingered in the car. If I had more time during my lunch hour, I would have asked them to re-make it. Pretty disappointed at this Ofallon location. Hope it’s just a fluke, as their chesterfield location is great

We loved dining at the new East Coast Pizza! The service was great, the staff were so friendly, and food was delicious. I was most impressed by Josten who was nearly running the front of the house himself, and he never seemed flustered even when it became busier. He was so kind and thoughtful to the many people he served and had such a welcoming spirit. Thank you for the nice dinner Friday night, and big thanks to Josten for going above and beyond for the restaurant!

Had a similar experience tonight (Saturday) as another reviewer from a few weeks earlier.
Ordered a pizza (white pizza), salad (Caesar), and Bosco sticks for my wife’s birthday. Pizza was overdone and hardly had any cheese, salad was small for a large salad, and the Bosco sticks were decent.
We ordered online, got there after receiving a message from Door dash saying the order was likely ready. I walked in to a line with several people waiting for food. The kid taking orders seemed to have no clue what he was doing. Also never saw anyone that looked older than 22 which made me strongly question how this location was being operated.
I will not be going here for a few months if ever. The Chesterfield location has been great for us several times and this was the polar opposite. I hope things change and will try to contact management for this location to make sure they’re aware of this terrible experience.

Absolutely worst take out service ive ever dealt with in my life. Placed a take to go order for 550 an hour before hand. We had people over. When we arrived it took another 20 mins before it was ready. Then the forgot 2 of our items. My husband went back up to get them and was told they are in the oven. After 45 mins of waiting and checking we kept getting the run around. “We dont know soon” I called up there and was told nothing we could do we are busy. I asked to speak to a manager and the phone was put on the counter and nobody ever came. After 10 mins I hung up. My husband finally got the rest of our order at 718! Our party had all eaten their portions well past this point. And they still forgot our sauces. We asked for a refund and they finally agreed…but still waiting to see that show up. I highly recommend to stay away.

My husband and I were excited that had opened one in our neighborhood. The first and second visit was great the owner was there.
Our last visit was horrible. The teenager that took our order seemed to have gotten it right because he read it back to us. It was only 2 philly cheese steak sandwiches combos.
42 minutes later the order came out wrong the meat was over cooked,
the toppings we asked for was not there. We waved someone over to assist. Not sure if they were a manager but it didnt matter because they were no help. *service was poor *food not to our expectations *resolution (there was none) We will not be back and would not recommend this location

We were excited to order from East Coast Pizza as it’s our favorite style of Pizza and I love supporting a small local business. I order a 14 inch extra sauce, extra cheese pepperoni & sausage pizza. What I received was a $23 dry pizza (no extra sauce in sight) with barely enough cheese to call it the standard cheese. I called the restaurant and was on hold for 5 min 45 sec with no one answering. I hung up and called back. A young man answered. I asked him if I had placed my order correctly (extra sauce and cheese) he said I had. I ltold him that I just wanted to let him know that I didn’t receive that. He stated I should have receive that and that he was busy and had to go. From any business, all I ask is that I get what I ordered and paid for…..nothing free or comped. It is disheartening to know I passed 5-6 other pizza restaurants to order pizza from a local business and couldn’t receive what I paid for. I would have emailed the owner/manager but the website didn’t have a “contact me” section. Very disappointed.

We have been going to the Chesterfield location for years and love the food so were excited to see the new location in O’Fallon. We placed an order online at 5:00 for a 6:45 pickup, a pizza and a couple calzones. Arrived at 6:45 and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. An hour later they gave me my order and it was the wrong pizza! We still love the food, but the service is not good. It appears the store is run by a bunch of teenagers that need some management. We hesitate to go back to this location and will just drive an extra 15 minutes to Chesterfield!

Ordered the lunch special, one slice and side spaghetti. The slice came out cold and I know from experience that the other location always pops the slices in their pizza oven before serving. The spaghetti also tasted odd, I couldn’t quite describe it but did not taste like traditional meat sauce.

Same recipe and same great pizza as Chesterfield location. This place looks great (remodeled) and service was good. Great place when you get tired of STL style. They have a few great varieties like Thai Chicken Chili and Buffalo Chicken. Honestly it’s the crust! Great job and good to have you in neighborhood.
