We had the combo reuben and the South West burger. Both were phenomenal! My husband said it was the best reuben he’s had. My burger was full of flavor and the perfect amount of spice. Definitely will be back! Our server Kurah was great too. Super friendly and attentive! Can’t wait to come back!

Our waitress Emily was very courteous and helpful she had us anything we asked for quickly.
I got the Boston harbor and my wife got the Washington DC. They were delicious and filling.
We will definitely be back!

East Coast Deli is one of my absolute favorite spots in Colorado Springs, and it feels like a hidden gem in plain sight. The menu is straightforward and delicious, particularly the breakfast options, the staff has always been friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere is simple and inviting.

If you’re downtown in Colorado Springs and are looking for a satisfying meal without the exorbitant prices of the places nearby, definitely check out East Coast Deli!

The only reason I’m not rating this lower is because I’ve had better experiences here. Today we came in about 2:30pm, were told to seat ourselves with a majority of the tables unwiped down and covered in trash. We found a spot. Our server, Emily, took a while to get to us. She never once smiled or seemed happy to be here. I’ve never seen a server that hated her job so much.

We ordered an appetizer of cheese fries. By time the food came out, I asked about our appetizer to which she walked off to go check. She left us with no napkins or silverware (I had potato salad). It took so long for her to come out we had to ask the person at the front for the things and she didn’t seem like she wanted to be here either.

Time goes by, other tables that came in after us get their meals and we still dont have our fries. Emily tells us that it is coming out soon and that the chef was working backwards today. 5 more minutes pass, more late arriving tables come out and we ask to just have it removed at this point. She started with saying she wasn’t sure followed by saying she’d remove it. My boyfriend didn’t even get a refill until the end of the meal where she just brought out a to go cup. We felt unwelcome and rushed. We also heard them saying they “had enough of people today” and their “social batteries” were running low. After this experience, despite previous positive ones, we likely will not be returning

Plenty of mimosas to choose from but guava is a favorite flavor of mine and didn’t disappoint. The potato pancake was a side but my favorite part of the meal. The New York Benedict with nova lox was also extremely good

My wife and I came in during a brutal winter freeze, and our waitress “Emily” noticed my wife holding my coffee cup just to warm her hands. A few minutes later, she came back with a cup full of hot water and said it was just for my wife’s hands. I was honestly blown away by how thoughtful that was—such a small gesture, but it meant so much. On top of that, the food was amazing. Service like this is rare and truly special.

Hostesses wasn’t very enthusiastic. Place is cozy. I got the Classic Reuben with fries. Sandwich was delicious, with a generous amount of corned beef in it. Fries were pretty standard, nothing fancy. The pickle slice was good! Definitely would come back to try more!

Family came here for the first time purchasing lunch to-go. 4 sandwich, m.ball soup, jalapeño poppers, fries. Meat in all sandwich’s incredibly dry. There was a very lite amount of dressing, however ANY amount would not help how dry the Ruben and turkey was. Turkey was not only dry but has bad flavor (taste cheap). Asked for extra thousand island and instead got a bunch of runny non-flavor ranch. Guessing it was for poppers and just forgot thousand island. Soup had no bits of chicken, flat broth. Recommend the drive to the Bagel Deli in Denver off Hampden Ave. Usually drive there but was hoping this could be an in-town replacement. No such luck.

Fresh ingredients, superior service and perfect location about sum this little gem up!
Outdoor patio great for downtown people watching.
Onion rings are fantastic, light batter with plenty of onion flavor. Homemade ranch for dipping.
The Coney island sandwich is a show stopper. Bursting with green chili flavor!
Tuna salad wrap was good as well. Tuna was distributed a little unequal but overall it had plenty of tuna. Lots of flavor. Mimosa flights looked amazing though we skipped them this time.
