Wonderful little restaurant! Downtown Colorado Springs doesn’t have a lot of parking at the actual business, so you need to find a parking meter close by park and walk. The parking meters accept credit cards and charge $1.50 per hour. The breakfast I got was the East Coast breakfast, scrambled eggs, bacon green onions and tomatoes, cottage cheese, and a bagel. It was delicious!! My server was very attentive and friendly.

Such a yum little breakfast spot. Everything was delicious and the service is amazing, so I’m not taking stars from my review. But Note – though, the Matzo ball soup is incredibly delicious, but its a Matzo slice not ball which really stole the experience for me.

I have been dining at East Coast Deli off and on for 20 years. IMO, they have the biggest and the best tasting East Coast deli style sandwiches in the city, and quiche, and Matzo Ball and cabbage soup, and gorgeous salads, and breakfasts with all sorts of side dishes, and fresh fruit and spicy condiments served all day long til closing.

I was pleasantly surprised by how good this restaurant was! We planned to go to Urban Egg, but the wait was 45-60 minutes. We went into East Coast (next door) and we were seated immediately, and were then almost simultaneously welcomed by our waiter. Within 2 minutes of being seated, we had coffee, waters and our order was into the kitchen. That kind of service is rare in the post-Covid dining experience!! The food was very delicious too. We had blueberry pancakes, home fries, an omelette, bacon and an onion bagel. Everything tasted great and we found a place to get an awesome, “East Coast” bagel, which is a rare thing in Colorado Springs.

First off I have to say Candice our waitress was Top Notch. She was attentive with a great smile and personality. This venue has 3 separate dining areas. You get plenty of food for your buck. It is a clean, well kept venue. They have a huge amount of offerings for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The omelets, potatoes and toast were fabulous. They offer to go deli items and yummy desserts.

Delicious authentic American food! Open during Covid-19 pandemic. Our server Eve was just peachy. Very inviting, very knowledgeable of the Springs culture and made our trip memorable. Food was very tasty and portions huge! Definitely recommend

Yum! I like all the menu choices (although it makes it hard to decide). Breakfast all day! Jewish cuisine? Great for me, I like to try new foods! (Yes, I’m from a small city.)

We have been going to East Coast Deli for years. With one exception, Maisie, who unfortunately no longer works there, the waitstaff is beyond hope. Our worst experience was years ago when our waitress actually quit and after waiting over an hour for food, we reordered. Yesterday’s experience was close….our waitress unfortunately didn’t quit, but it felt like she did. We have continued to go back because we enjoy the food, but we will be taking an extended break. We sat waiting 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive. We had requested a bagel to arrive before our breakfast. When we asked about the bagel after 30 minutes, she responded like she never heard we had ordered it. Our breakfasts arrived via a waitress in training who had to get a previously ordered side. Avocado had also been ordered initially, but failed to arrive until the breakfast was finished. Another bagel had been ordered to go. Upon arriving home, the bagel had been split and toasted. I never considered having to explain I wanted an untoasted bagel to go (never had to in years past). Our waitress never returned after we flagged her over to remind her about the first missing bagel until she dropped off our bill. She never returned to receive payment, so I took it up to the register to pay. Worst service ever continues to plague this restaurant!

Best mozzarella sticks and carrot cake in town. Their big salads are great to split with someone and are super tasty.
